Was very disappointed. Went there friday and asked if there was any specials and was told no. So we ordered 1 medium supreme pizza with no sausage on thin crust my daughter repeated it 3 times 1 medium meat lovers add jalapeños on hand tossed and 1 medium pepperoni on hand tossed 1 honey bbq boneless wings 1 honey bbq traditional and 1 buffalo traditional. The cost was 70 after tip. I took a picture of the receipt i was given to sign so i could so i could send it to the guys i was getting the pizza for. I get there at my dads job and everyone was upset the supreme had sausage and was on garlic thin the pepperoni was on garlic hand tossed (this was my pizza it was gross not a garlic fan) i was never given a copy of my receipt but the guys i sent the copy to said the pizzas should of been 2 any topping medium pizza at 699 a piece instead i was charged 12 something a pizza. I had to hurry and get my kids to school so i called instead of going up there and got no where. I feel scammed and they didnt even make the pizzas right. I wont be back. From now on i will order somewhere else and take it to my dads work. Very disappointed. Over charged for nasty incorrect pizza. And the guy was rude dont know how many times we repeated ourselves he acted as though we were bothering him. horrible customer service yuck yuck yuck

I ordered a pizza from here that was not cut at all maybe it was a whole pizza that look like it just got put into the oven and was delivered to my house. I called the customer service representatives and they gave me a $20 credit. Months later I chose to call this order in through my phone number and get the credit however I guess the representative took my order did not know how to put that in correctly so it came out then I still old $20 on a $30 order where I should have old maybe 10. I called into this Pizza Hut and talk to the nighttime manager he was very rude and then once I explain to him my situation he asked me if I wanted a pizza or not and when I claim that I would call and figure it out he hung up and then somehow Place me on a list where they would not deliver to my house again. I have ordered several times from this Pizza Hut and been a very loyal customer to get treated like this is appalling. Overall the customer service is not that good unless you call to hire people. This was literally the worst experience Ive ever had ordering food. The night time manager is incompetent and does not know the first thing about being a manager.

I usually dont mind this place but I have to reconsider ever ordering from this location again. Theres a highh demand for delivery drivers but it seems theyre hiring anyone wholl apply. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 11:47AM with an expected delivery time of 12:22PM and my instructions indicated DO NOT KNOCK and to call my cell: every driver has complied with those instructions. Cool. Its a little over 12:30PM and thats already odd because my pizza is usually here on time or earlier. About 12:40ish there are FOUR LOUD BANGS on the office door. Nobody answers because who would 1. Be knocking 2. Be knocking THAT loudly in an office building. The person BANGS FIVE MORE TIMES and my supervisor answers, a guy rushes in TALKING LOUDLY about the elevator not working and how he had to take the stairs. Im looking at my ticket after learning it was my unprofessional delivery and in capital letters is states DO NOT KNOCK even though technically he banged on the door like it was a police raid. I dont think Ill be ordering from this location for a while. This was embarrassing and terribly unprofessional.

i waited an hour for my food. the pizza finally gets here and i have a random pizza that i didnt even order, and i didnt get the drink that i DID order. so i call them back and they send it to me. i waited another hour to get a small pepsi that wasnt even cold. i asked fit a 2 liter. this sucked

I love all the new options with sauces and crust flavors. Stuffed crust is definitely a favorite. Always comes quickly and very hot and it also looks neat and delicious just as a pizza should! My delivery man today was friendly and upbeat as well!

I ordered a Pizza with very detailed instructions gave them my credit card and they made the person I was giving the pizza too pay for the pizza. I called and tried to resolve it and they were no help in resolving the issue.

Pizza is always delivered hot and on time, Ive stopped ordering from here because every pizza I get compared to anyone else I feel like they are totally short-changing me on the toppings.
