Service here is horrible. Sat at the bar and the bartender Jenn was not the politest person ever. When I finally got my beer it was filled about an inch shy of the top, and it was pouring down the sides. I also overheard 2 other servers picking up their orders from her ask her to fill their beers up to the top, as they were missing well over an inch and a half. Watched her get mad, unwrap a straw and stir them up really fast to make them foamy and appear fuller...would of took two seconds to turn around and add more. This happened twice. Also watched her open 2 different mixers with her teeth, and then put the cap back in and serve out of it. Asked cor my check and a box, and after 10 mins of watching her put away glasses, I got my check. Spoke with the manager before I left, he didnt really appear to care. Said he would talk to her.

We had a bad vibe as soon as we walked in. The manager walked us to our table and stopped in the middle of walking us to push chairs in at another table and asked us to hold on a sec. We were seated. 20 minutes later our order hadnt been taken and the people that came in after us had already been served there food. I stood up walked to the counter and asked if someone could take our order. 30 minutes later and ten minutes before ur movie started still no food. We got up and left. If you have time to deal with incompatant morons then this is the place for you otherwise Id advise you to stay away

I enjoyed this more than I expected to. The cheese curds we got tasted great. Not oily at all. I got the honey bbq boneless wings. I wasnt expecting to pay so much though. The small basket of 10 wings was 12.29 with no sides. I didnt need a side since I could not eat all my wings however I feel like thats too pricey. Also everything was oversalted. They have a sampler plate my brother gets that is enough for 2 so next time I might get that and share. Service was a tad slow but it was a busy Friday night and they were all courteous.

Worst experience at a bww ever! they split our table between two waitresses. They brought out half the food 10 minutes before the other half including the meals for only half the kids. Ever sat at a table where half the kids have to watch the others chow down while they are hungry? The waitress also got the slow food orders wrong, billed us incorrectly for the food, and the manager was barely apologetic and basically mumbled sorry and stared at me blankly when i told him all of this. Seriously never again. Just terrible.

I keep coming back because I love playing poker while waiting for food and the Caribbean Jerk wings are awesome. However that is where the love stops. The service is mediocre at best. The prices are high. Wings, fries, and a beer shouldnt be $20. Buffalo Wild Wings in general is good, but the mediocre service at the Fenton location is unacceptable. Everyone understands that mistakes happen, but how BWW Fenton handled those mistakes is the deal breaker. Im sad to say I wont be coming back.

Two of the employees came up to my group of friends and I and harassed us for something we didnt do. They accused us for calling one of their employees a nasty name. They made us wait for our food to get cold, and knocked over our drinks and did not offer to get us refills. Then the manager kept lying to us about how one of our friends ammitted to calling him the name, when our friend never ammitted to doing what they were accusing us of, because we did not do it.

Dine in and carry out, we eat BWW in Fenton all of the time. Service is always just as good as the next place and the food is exactly what they say it is, hot wings. Comparing BWW as a chain to other chain restaurants, Id rank them in the middle, very average. This ranking is for the Fenton Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant with the assumption that I want hot wings and/or burgers. Dont come here for sushi, pizza, pasta or tacos. Its hot wings people.

Like the food and most of the employees are great. But then an employee clocks in and starts cursing up a storm f him and f that loud enough to hear him. Im glad my kids were in the car with someone while we got the food. Probably not bringing my kids in there with language able to fly off the wall ay any point.

Service was good, no problem there. The boneless chicken was horrible. Its as if they buy bag chicken tenders from Wal-Mart and put their own sauces on it then try to pass it off as fresh. For the price they charge you could buy a bag of chicken tenders and the sauce they sell and get triple your money worth.

Good restaurant for anybody craving wings; however the price surrounding them is very inflated. At almost a dollar a wing youd be hard pressed not to find quality wings somewhere cheaper. The service was acceptable with an initially long delay for service. Overall, not the best but definitely not the worst.

I didnt listen to the reviews and I regret it. I ordered some traditional wings and some fries. The wings under the sauce were so over cooked it was like eating jerky. I had to send the fries back because they came to me cold. The service was excellent but the food absolutely sucked.

Bud Light bottles were NOT cold at all, not even when poured in a cold glass on a Saturday night! Chicken wings were luke warm. The only thing that wasnt half bad was the waitress. Third time Ive been to a Buffalo Wild Wings and have never been impressed, Willnit go back. :(

Burnt wings missing half the meat that are way overpriced. 5 skimpy wings for $7.50? Most places give you a pound for that. Service is disinterested and unengaged. Buffalo Wild Wings used to have value but now its just ripping people off.

The food was nasty, the server was unattentive and the floor was so dirty with trash and food in all of the surrounding tables. The music was so loud that we had to yell across the table at each other.... I would say, NOT family friendly

Used to love this place, now it is over way priced, horrible new vague menu, and the fact you cant order wings by number could be the dumbest thing ever, service was fine and the place is nice but we are not going back anytime soon

Used to go to BBWs a lot back in the day and still go on occasion but they are losing me with their wings. Most of the time they come out extra crispy with barely enough sauce to taste the difference in what you ordered.

For being a restaurant I would expect the bathroom to be clean.. Buffalo wild wings bathroom is so gross a gas station bathroom is cleaner then theres. Hate to see what there kitchen looks like.. Clean your bathroom!!

Was there for the Mayweather McGregor fight and they did a great job of always keeping up with checking on our table. The burger was absolutely delicious and they have like 40 TVs all showing the fight. Great time
