My boyfriend, his friend, and I went to the Chesterfield location roughly a week ago. This was, by far, one of the MOST entertaining times Ive had at any chain restaurant, all thanks to our favorite waitress, Donna! So let us set the scene a bit. The three of us stroll in, and we were, I suppose the only way I can say it is "greeted," by a less-than-enthused man who had the "end of shift" attitude (you know, where everything is nearly an inconvenience, rushing you to hurry up, etc). My boyfriend immediately gave me the, "lets just leave and go somewhere else" look, but I ignored him, and we took our place in the tables. It was at this point that we were greeted by our amazing waitress, Donna! I, not looking like I was even close to 21, ordered a glass of wine, and she noticed immediately that I am a WI resident originally from my license. She began to make small talk regarding the area. I remember specifically that she "fake-swore," and I immediately told her that we were a light-hearted group and we didnt care in the least. I believe that, from this (as well as the fact that we were poking fun at my boyfriend), she pegged our group right on the dot. Throughout the rest of the course, she joked around with us all, to a point where I was CRYING from laughing so hard!! She was one of the most entertaining waitresses ever. We were so impressed, we left a nice tip as well as a note for her (which I have never done for ANY waitress/waiter before). Overall an INCREDIBLY fun and entertaining time with Donna as our server. I really hope that the next time we go out there that she is working!

Our weekend got totally screwed up..olive garden is one of my very favourite restaurant... so we went for dinner.. while eating all of a sudden i felt something different..got an unpleasant feel in my mouth when i spitted out i saw a bug in my dumpling soup...we called the manager and showed him the bug.. the reply was"i apologise for what has happend... this might be because of the continuous rain for past three days.."then in few minutes the waitress came ...she was more of an attitude kind...she said this has never happend...i dont know... what to say... not even a word sorry...The worst part is i was feeding my two little kids with such an unhygenic bowl of soup..pretty disgusting... i vomitted couple of times in the restaurant...within a minute the manager and the waitress got totally out of the scene...they said the bill is taken care of... but who cares a damn about the bill...all i am concern is about the hygiene part.."toda they gave me a reason it was raining so accidentally a bug fell in... but in case if its a poisonous one... who is gonna answer for the consequences that we face..." guyz be careful and be aware of what you eat and where you eat.." people who is concern about health and life... this is not the place for you to eat"olive garden in chesterfield commons... a worst place to eat.

While the food was ok, the experience was worse. We a small group of 6 to celebrate a birthday. We ordered meals with salads, except for one soup. and an appetizer. The appetizer showed up with the salad almost immediately. The meals showed up and we had a table full of half eaten salad plates. Problem was one meal was wrong. Shrimp was ordered and chicken was made. So the salad plates were taken from everyone including the person whose meal was wrong. It took ten minutes to get another salad plate, The incorrect meal took more than twenty minutes to replace, Then the waitress tried to take all the dinner plates without asking if we were not done. We had to ask for to-go boxes which were way to small. We had to ask for additional to-go boxes. As for the birthday, no offer to sing celebrate it or anything. We had to ask about what was offered for a birthday. And that was like some government secret. This is the second time I have been rudely treated by the staff. It has been over a years since the first incident which involved rude comments by the manager. I do not plan on ever going back. I ask you not to go there either.

Although it may not be an authentic Italian restaurant to the authentic Italian, for an Italian restaurant chain, it is-hands down-my favorite. I can go to any Olive Garden in the country and will get the same excellent food I expect. For me, going to an Italian restaurant is to expensive for what I can already make at home. But Olive Garden offers foods that the others dont. There is something that pleases every person in my family, and that is what counts! At this particular Olive Garden, we have a favorite waiter who knows our drinks and special requests when we walk in the door! What makes this amazing is that he did it after ONE visit, and the second was months later! We ask for him anytime we go. No, I wont tell you his name or he might be too busy when we go in next! Great food, great staff, managers that are available and seen walking around checking on customers... No wonder we like it here so much!

What an unfortunate evening. I came here to dine with my family and celebrate bringing in the new year. Our waitress was an amateur.. Rude, spilled our appetizer, unattentive, etc. My water glass was empty most of the night. The soup I ordered was not hot, but I didnt say anything. When my food finally came out it was so bad I sent it back and didnt want anything else from the kitchen. The broccoli was overcooked mush, but I ate it anyways because I was starving. The salmon was an over cooked brick. Utter catastrophe. As we were getting our check, our waitress dropped an entire tray full of empty plates and glasses and just kept walking rather than appoligizing to the people near her. Will not be returning to this location.

Waitress was extremely nice but food was not. I ordered the "make your own combo", chose angel hair, Asiago garlic white sauce, with shrimp. It was very disappointing. The sauce had whole cloves of garlic in it yet was tasteless. Not sure how much asiago cheese was in, certainly not enough to make it taste, because thats a strong cheese. The shrimps were the cheap tiny ones that are usually used in shrimp salads. I was not expecting that. It was not nice at all. Grossly over priced. Salad or soup was included in the meal. I would prefer to pay less and choose if Id like a salad or soup and pay extra. I will not go again to Olive Garden.

Really disappointed. Food taste really bad. We ordered lots of food and every single item (other than the free soup) was not up to the standard. Me and my wife thought of leaving the restaurant at first because it has a very foul smell. There was a tab in the table where you can play games. I mistakenly press play button and they charged me $2 for that. Not going to Olive Garden in future...

Went here 2 weeks ago with my family because my mom loves the breadsticks. Our server and the staff were excellent! I ordered beef medallions with alfredo pasta not realizing that it had gorgonzola cheese on it. And it was covered in the stuff. I hate gorgonzola cheese. I ended up not eating more than 2 bites but the rest of my family enjoyed their meals.
