The food is great - I love the veggie bowl with brown rice. I also like the guac on the side and some jalapenos which doesnt seem like a lot to ask, but it really agitates the crew. The front line has trouble slowing down enough to listen to your order, and often times theyll plop something on there that I didnt want. I come here at least once a week, sometimes 2-3....its always the same. Go for the food, but do not expect to be treated respectfully as a valued customer should. After todays poor service, I probably will not return.

My experience at this location was terrible. We had the experience of receiving service from a new employee, she was very nice. However, her trainer was horrible. The trainer was rude, she spoke poorly about a customer in front me. She had a very nasty disposition. She interrupted me while I was placing my order to talk to the trainee about an issue that had nothing to do with my order. I was disgusted. I will never return. Additionally, whoever put this young woman in charge of training made a very bad decision.

This has to be the filthiest place Ive seen in a long time. I know where the e.coli comes from. The employees seem to be running the place, not the weak manager. I watched as an employee sat back and put his dirty shoes on a seat that a customer will end up using. The dining room is almost as back as the kitchen. My suggestion...drive past this place unless you have insurance.

I had a coupon for free chips and guacamole, otherwise I dont often go to Chipotle. The the tacos and a small drink was right at $10. If I had paid for the chips would have been pushing $14 to $15. Food was really good, staff was fast and friendly. Ill go back again, probably when I get another coupon...

I had to wait while they served five other people behind me while my quesadilla just sat there finished in the press. When i finally said something about it, the cashier remembered oh yeah, i didnt charge you for your side of guacamole and proceeded to charge my card a second time for $4.

One of my favorite and most frequented establishments in West County. Conveniently close to Golds gym for a post workout fuel up. Healthy portions on meat where other locations are often skimpy.
