The food has always been very good but the service at the Luling restaurant has not been up to par. When we had complained that we had to wait over an hour for drinks and food the manager became very aggressive and actually rushed the table and began yelling at us. He then left the table and then came back to the table with several different waiters and mind you they were very big men and had begun yelling that if we didnt like it then we could leave. He then tried to dominate a female at our table by standing over her and yelling at her. He then proceeded to the end of the table and started flinging his arms in another females face while yelling that if we dont like it then leave. My son then had to stand up and confront the guy because he kept yelling at the women at our table and then said that it only took 25 minutes for our food to come out. We were seated at 12:45. Our drink orders werent taken until 1:05. Our food orders werent taken till 1:20 and we still didnt have our drinks. We didnt order any appetizers and nothing special, mainly fajitas and one hamburger. The order wasnt put into the computer till 1:26 and it was after 2:00 when we had gotten our food.. When initially complaining the food wasnt ready. The food became ready when the manager came out yelling. This restaurant in particular was very disrespectful to women and the guy showed it because he did make a comment about women complaining about the service in his restaurant. It was absolutely the worst experience i have ever had in a restaurant before. Instead, of the manager coming to talk to us he was very belligerent and didnt try to correct the situation. And then to top it off by bringing big men in to handle my son.Ii will never ever step foot into this restaurant and maybe never another El Paso restaurant again.

Food was yet again vary disappointing and service was no better. Had family in from out of town and I had to get up and find server to get refills on drinks and chips. Would not recommend. Update: Four months from last visit and found that the food had yet to improve. If anything the quality went down, lower quality ingredients are probably to blame. Service was good vary polite waitress vary attentive. However could not make up for the quality of the food. I will not be returning and this will be my last update on this establishment. A side note I grew up with Hispanic food, Cuban and Mexican from first generation immigrants.

My family and I go at least 3-6 times a month. Weve been doing this since they opened. They are the best Tex Mex in Houma. Weve never had to wait for a table even during the busy dinner hour. My co Workers and I meet here for meetings and we always leave with a positive outlook and a full belly with great service. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is, they hardly ever have music as mentioned.

Food was "okay"... All Mexican food from ANY Mexican restaurant tastes the same. I ordered a "taco salad" with not tomatoes or guacamole. I was not credited for it (no big deal) BUT, i wanted extra lettuce and I was! What a shame. Next time i want to eat a a Mexican restaurant, ill go to Taco Bell... i loved the short-lived commercial "Run, Run, for the Border". lol

I enjoy the good food and drinks. Great service. Both English and Spanish speaking wait staff. Great atmosphere. Giving 3 stars only because the lighting and music isnt special needs friendly for some reason. This is an issue at every el Paso Ive been to. Besides that...the food is great!

Best sit-down Mexican place in town. Food comes out fast and hot every time. Servers are always nice and quick. They have daily specials during the week which helps on the budget. I like how you get two different types of salsa and the bean dip with your chips!

Advertised as open until 11pm. Drove across town after checking into my hotel late and was disappointed to find them closed (looked like theyd been closed some time) at 10.15pm This rating reflects my disappointment - NOT their food nor service.

I never like the food each time I go there. Arrives a bit cold and tastes bland, which you shouldnt have at a mexican restuarant. Service is okay and the decor is too deserty for my taste. Save your cash and go to La Casa Del Sol.

Nothing ground breaking, the Americanized Mexican food you can get in a lot of places. Cheap margaritas for happy hour though! Feels okay inside. Not a bad place for dinner. Gotta love free chips and salsa.

We were seated and sat there for a waiter for 15 mins. All of the waiters went to the other tables around us twice before anyone came to our table. The greeter came to place our order and drinks.

Lunch visit. The standard chips and three salsas were good. Service was good. I dont like that they charge $1.25 for some more tortillas to finish my delicious steak fajitas. Prices are good.

The steak is always tastefully delicious here. The margaritas are strong and will have you coming back. Chips and salsa have you nonstop munching. A great Mexican restaurant for sure!

Service personnel doesnt understand or speak English well. Received the incorrect order several time cause the service personnel didnt understand. Had to point item out on a menu.

Food was excellent...they offered not only salsa dip but also queso and been dip. Food treated authentic and fresh. Id go here again if I have any Mexican cravings
