Large pieces that looked like plastic were throughout my entire Taco Dinner. It almost looked like a black plastic spatula had melted into the ground meat. The black chunks were so prodiminent that I just had to bring the dinner back and speak with a manager about the matter. All I was offered was another gross dinner by the hostess. The manager refused to see me to discuss the matter. He sent the poor hostess back to me to say that it was in fact the teflon on the bottom of the pot. Awesome! I consumed a taco full! Thanks LaCasa...cant wait to digest that! Never will I eat at their facility again! Gross & rude...or scared to own up to what they served their guests! This one is for the books!

I started with Casa Del Sol when it was called Constancios. In those days ( around 1974) Constancio would serenade his customers, walking among the tables playing his guitar and singing. He was very good. When you entered, the first things you were brought were the chips and a terrific frijole dip with melted cheese on the surface. The dip is still excellent, different than others, but its no longer automatic; Maybe because its no longer Constancios and is now a chain by another name. My favorites were and are, the chicken tostados ( a wonderful salad on a crisp corn tortilla) and the enchilada suizas. So much for the ancient history. La Casa Del Sol is still my favorite Mexican Restaurant!

Have been going here for years, but it is not near as good as it used to be. Had a horrible dining experience earlier in the week... wrong food brought out, then right food was brought that was COLD! Not just luke warm, but cold! Told the waiter, and he said Oh and walked away. I asked to speak with the manager but they never came to the table. I called the next day, and they never returned by call. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I loved this place as a kid and it was always a treat to have dinner there with my parents. I recently went the new location and I honestly didnt even finish my tacos. The food wasnt what I remembered and looked like food that Ive seen on kitchen nightmares. I rarely complain about food but I had a guest with me thatd never eaten here and I felt it was rude to complain, but Id never come here again.

Majestic. This restaurant remembers me of my hometown in Tampico, it has authenthic food, and great service. I would strongly encourage anyone who has great appetite to try the real taste of Mexican food. The atmosphere is unique and friendly. Definitely visiting again!

We make it a point to get together with friends every week and catch up . Thursdays are 2 for 1 margaritas. With live music, and a free snack bar. ( chips and dips ). Outside patio area to enjoy . Inside restaurant with plenty to choose from.

This was the worst and least authentic Mexican resturant Ive been to. The salsa tasted like a mix of spaghetti sauce and ketchup and the nachos were so kind of deconstructed mess. Not only is it not worth the price its not worth the time.

Locally owned place with just a few locations. The La Casa family has been around a long time and the food has always been great and fast with good service. The bar is nice too.
