My family and I love Firehouse! Favorite chain sub shop by far. As a busy parent order for multiple people at once, its super helpful that they have unique pre-designed sandwich choices to choose from. We love the chicken/bacon/ranch combo! This location is clean and is good about having our order ready on time (when we decide to order online in advance - another perk!).

The food was alright. The staff was friendly (which does wonders for an establishment.) The problem was the cleanliness. It was hard to find a table that was clean and the floor was wretched. If front of the house is that dirty, what does back if the house look like? They could have just gotten done with a mad rush and hadnt made it there yet. Ill give it one more try.

Always polite. Ive had this location cater for a birthday party before also. It may just be how they are trained, but the people here always work like a well oiled machine, never missing a step in taking care of their patrons.
