Have not eaten here in a long time.First time at this location in Dubuque Iowa. Meal was delicious! But for some unknown reason theyve become very selfish with their bread! Highly recommend the new Garlic Mussels Marinara.... only negative is it comes out with only 2 small pcs of the garlic parmesan toast, def not enough for size of dish, ask for extra. Zuppa soup was delicious. Salad is legendary. Dinner meals were good. Classic Lasagna, Shrimp Scampi with asparagus, tomato, and angel hair pasta, and the Grilled Salmon with broccoli. But, again they reluctantly part with additional breadsticks. When we asked for more, she said no problem but then wanted to take away our cold ones?! And forget about any Extra Breadsticks sent home with leftovers. I remember when they included a couple of fresh breadsticks for your leftovers. Maybe it varies by location. Or maybe theres a new breadstick law and each table has a preset limit! Lol

Right on track with other Olives! If youre an Olive Garden fan, youll find this one to be right up there with the Gardens standards. Nice looking interior, good food, helpful server. On the "cut above" side of things. Ive been in a number of Olive Gardens and many have had parking problems; but this one has lots of parking. Even though Italian Food is one of my out right favorites; Olive Garden does bring be back with a nice variety and healthy choices. Enjoy.

Took my mother to Olive Garden today for Mothers Day. We sat down and ordered our food immediately. We waited 1 hour and 10 min for our food. Our server forgot to ring our food for 55min. No discount was applied and we were not notified that she forgot but I knew she did because the "pay" button on the table will turn white when server rings in everything. Didnt turn white for 55min. Family of four who came in 40 min after us got there food 10 min before us!

Got seated right away, hostess seemed to be bothered by seating guests, got food almost immediatley, and it was good. Our waitress was very pushy and seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of us. The other waitresses seemed very nice, majority of them stopped and waved and smiled at my daughter, maybe our server was just having a bad day, i dont know! We wont be visitting this olive garden, ever again.

My husband and I always love dining at Olive Garden. Not only is the food always cooked to perfection, but the staff is prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous, and the fact that they have some great vegetarian fare is a huge plus for me. Definitely a good go-to for a nice night out thats [maybe a little pricey, but] not through the roof. The food is more than worth the extra few bucks.

Didnt need a passport to experience a bit of Tuscany, Parma, or other famous parts of Italy. I had lunch here that was very elegant. The chicken parmigiana was perfection, I loved every morsel on my plate. Ill bring anybody here that wants to experience Italy. I was very impressed with this restaurant. Order anything off the menu, you wont be disappointed. Molto bene Olive Garden.

Im giving 5 star bc of our waitress. She made it seem as we were all she had to care for and that was far from truth. She ran around and was so quick, polite and knowledgeable. Her name is Jenna... the food came out quick and was good. Ive never had a waitress as prompt as her. I usually dont do reviews unless Im upset, but she made me want to let everyone know. :-)

Was there last night and the food was good as usual and the waitress was very nice. However, they should hire new hostesses as they were very rude. An elderly customer walked in behind a hostess and she let the door slam in the customers face and over all they just looked like they did not want to be there

Food was undercooked, took 15 mins to get our salad. Once we got our meal noodles had been left out for what looked like an hour. Chicken was cooked after another meat couldnt even Telestet the chicken. Only good thing was didnt have to pay for the 2 poorly cooked meal. Still hungry.........

Olive Garden catered our wedding of over 200 people and were absolutely amazing to work with! Andrew was extremely helpful to work with and Amber made sure everything the day of went seamlessly. We couldnt have been happier with the service from the tasting to our big day!

Waited over 1/2 hour and saw groups of 3 who came after go before a group of four. Staff was disinterested in helping, mainly because they were covering mistakes with larger groups. This was at 5:15pm....cant imagine what the rest of the night was like.

Wife and I did the buy one take one deal. When we got our to-go meal, I asked the waiter if I could have a couple breadsticks to-go also, but he said hed have to charge me for them. That normally doesnt happen and threw me for a bit of a loop.

Olive Garden is always a great dining experience. Their lunch specials are actually a very good value and rival the prices of eating at a fast food restaurant. The service is quick and the food is always prepared fresh. Highly recommended!

Great waitress. Good food. The only thing we didnt really enjoy for the 1st time ever was the stuffed mushrooms. We didnt know if they started making them differently or what but they were definitely not as good as usual....

Food was terrible not cooked to menu specifics. I actually had a wrapped mint in my drink. The only reason I give it two star rating is because of the server Kaden and the Manager that made the situation right.

Nice training of staff, clean, family friendly. All comforts and well trained staff. Management is doing their job. They did give me a free chilato, cause they forgot to give me a straw.

Foods on the same level as the rest of the Chain but this store lacks customer service on the next level. Bar service is dead and looks like nobody tends it with boxes everywhere.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Specially are always good. Usually busy, expect to wait for your table during regular meal times (common sense bit just making sure).
