This location is pretty normal as far as Bread Co. usually is, but this location seems to have a higher number of young kids running the place than average which doesnt always work out with getting your order correct. I mostly go to this location to avoid the other close location to me on Manchester. Anyway, Ive had my order screwed up many times and now I basically need to check my bag before I leave because it happens regularly. And this location is always dirty - food on the floor, food on the tables. The thing that drives me the craziest is they bread slice their bagels unless you ask them not too! Who wants their bagels cut into a dozen pieces? I dont get it. Please stop slicing my bagels like a loaf of bread!!!!! Slice it like a frickin normal bagel.

This morning, my son and I went to Panera for breakfast. I ordered our food, and when I went to pay, my card wouldnt go through. I explained to the cashier that wasnt sure what was going on with my card, but I would leave and go take care of it. The cashier went to the manager, asked her something, and returned. The manager came over and paid for my food. She said, "I dont want you to go hungry." I was blown-away by how thoughtful and understanding they were of my situation. My son and I got to eat, and this St. Louis Bread Co has a customer for life!

Worst Bread CO location!! Will NEVER order from here again! Our office has already boycotted it once because they were making fun of us and saying derogatory things about us when we walked in to pick up our order. Rude employees, slowest service from a bread co that Ive ever seen. Just plain rude, ignorant employees. They dont care about prompt service, or order accuracy.

This is the worst Bread Co. The people that work there during the day are rude they are slow and the menu is aweful. Management is poor. I wont eat at this Bread Co any more. And the new kid they hired with the dark hair is so rude and slow I cant believe he still has job.

I love this place. No matter where I go it will always be St Louis bread co to me even if its called Panera Bread everywhere else. I love that you can place your order on the app ahead of time and its ready to go when you get there. This will always be a favorite to me.

Quick service and good food, as can always be expected from Bread Co. This particular location is generally pretty messy in my opinion, though (napkins on tables, food on the ground, soda on the counter near the soda machines).

They tried charging me 13 follows for a tea. And when I got my money back and got the tea it was so nasty which Id not usual cause they have great tea.
