Of all the St. Louis Bread Co places Ive been too (and Ive been to a lot because I like their products), this one ranks as "the worst". Because of its convenient location, Ive visited here before and every time theres been a glitch of some kind or another. The one this morning takes the cake however. I purchased a cinnamon crunch bagel and a country loaf and asked to have it sliced thin. The server asked me twice about the desired thickness and each time, I responded "thin". I got home, looked at my purchase and the bread was sliced "extra thick", the end was missing and the bagel had onion flakes on it. Way to go BreadCo!

I work 2 minutes away and go there sometimes to get lunch to go. Every time i go they make mistake in the order and I see it too late to go back. Im usually in a rush. Probably just need to stop going there. Its very disappointing when you go back to your desk and find out that order is not what youve asked for. I dont see the point of having supervisor there checking for food orders to go if he can not do his job. All he does is saying your name loud.This time I ordered greek salad with chicken. Of course chicken didnt make it to my box to go :( And I was left with no protein for rest of my work day!

WORST LOCATION!!! I ordered online, stated directions clearly, left work, drove all the way to Bread Co, glanced in my bag, saw the correct number of containers and dressing and went back to work. I get here and everything is wrong. I cant leave work for another 4 hours and when I called about the issue, the manager ARGUED with me about whether or not they messed up. ON A $12 ORDER! This is the 3rd instance of them screwing up, lying or arguing DO NOT GO HERE!

This store is a typical Panera, but the new menu is bad. The bagels are now like bread and the Cinnimon crunch bagel has about a quarter of the crunch it used to. No country white bread, no walnut bread. Our favorite breads are gone. The croissant was also pretty much bread. Not flaky at all. What was pretty good bakery now serves food that isnt even as good as I could get at most grocery stores.

The sign says St Louis Bread Company..not Panera...they said its the same company...but if your looking for Panera and the sign does not say Panera how are you going to find Panera...which it is inside...put up a Panera sign!!!!!!

an8pilots statements are weird. Why doesnt Hardees have a Carls Jr. sign? Its a regional thing. Here it is called St Louis Bread Company. At any rate, Bread Co is awesome. You should go right now and eat the crap out of it.
