I dont know if the store has changed management but tonight it was a mess. The floors are dirty, the staff was disheveled looking and unfriendly. Cashier dropped a bagel trying to put it through the slicer & left it on the floor. She did another one & left the bagel there on the floor. I looked around & saw there was other stuff all over the dirty floor. Napkin dispenses empty, the soda machine was a sticky gross mess, the floor is dirty the countertops are dirty and the people behind the sandwich counter were unfriendly. Additionally, they were out of the cheese facacia bread (for the popular Sierra Turkey sandwich) at 7 oclock at night. Considering what you pay for food there I find that unacceptable. 9.30.16

This is the closest location to work. Every time we order on the website for pick-up, there is a problem with the order. Then, when you try to speak with someone about it, there is no manager available, even though at the bottom of the pick up receipt it says "Your order should be correct every time. If its not, well fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let any associate know." But the regular associates dont seem to know what to do and a member of management staff is never available. And you can never get a manager by phone either. Their phone systems says it is sending you to a manager and yet, cuts you off after ringing only 4 times.

This is a fine location for food/drink UNLESS you have a laptop computer and expect to work. The manager at this location told me they received numerous complaints about people staying at the tables for too long using laptop computers. So they covered most of the electrical outlets with flat plates so we cannot plug in. There is still Wi Fi and if you have a long-life battery youll be OK. If you need electricity to work, avoid this location and go to the Panera at Westport (3 miles away) where they welcome business people.

Rude staff. Wasnt busy at all and yet no one could greet me. Just stared at me with a scowl on their face. I asked what coffee they had. Was pointed to a table that had a list of iced teas. Found the list on the wall. Looks like they dont have much of a choice. Was going to have lunch with my daughter. But apparently we werent welcome. I went to Starbucks in Maryland Heights. The service there is always nice,welcoming and a great variety. Was at the hospital next door, why I even went to Bread Company. Never again!!!

Maybe the guy taking your order should repeat it to you before finalizing the order! I ordered 42$ worth of dinner and when my order came up I was short a pick 2! Then had to go back through the line, that was now out the door, to order it. i then had to of course wait for it and by thw time it was ready my party had just about finished theirs! i am not happy with this place!

Love, love, love this place. No complaints. Perfect place for a healthy, tasty breakfast, lunch and bakery items li dont like the changes theyve made to the menu for certain items but it still my go to place. I visit often. Oh and friendly staff!!

I had the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad w/ broccoli cheddar soup. My wife had a Caesar salad and turkey/swiss sandwich on Asiago foccacia. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious!

Great tasting food and the staff was very friendly. Will recommend and come back. Nice atmosphere for breakfast lunch and dinner. Cozy for talking and relaxing.

Its just as good as the others, but its SUPER crowded during lunch. Sometimes youll be standing with your food for several minutes before anything opens up.
