This is the single best Starbucks location in the entire universe. The staff is of the highest caliber, every drink is made with love and attention to detail, the manager is an Empress among managers. They truly work every day to create inspired moments in customers days, all day, every day. The regulars are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and they pride themselves on the quality and speed of service. There is simply no other Starbucks worth going to on Manchester Road in St. Louis county, period.

Their Shift Lead guy told me [in DRIVE-THRU] I was REQUIRED to COME INSIDE for my refund today, which is not the companys policy. If I wasnt handicapped, he surely would not have given me my refund in drive-thru. Immediately reported this to his corporate office... because people like him will step on you at every opportunity -if they can.

Starbucks has a great caramel frap and I always get it! Their cake pops are amazing too, but my mom prefers the chocolate croissant
