Bread Co. food is usually always satisfactory. However, the Florissant location leaves a lot to be desired with their service. Every other time I come to this location, something is wrong. If its not missing items that I paid for then its the food not being customized to the way I ordered it. Tonight, my rapid pick up order was taken by another patron. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for 2 orders of Mac and cheese and a small chicken Caesar salad and I was still missing chips from my bag. I do rapid pick up at different locations often and Ive not had my food stolen nor am I missing items. Its all very irritating since I dont run into these problems so regularly at other locations. I really need Florissant to get it together. From now on, Ill only come here when I have time to dine in because to go orders is not their strong point in my 10+ years experience of coming here.

St. Louis Bread Company has a few very rude employees. My last visit, which was today, consisted of my mother and I being called "angry black women," for simply asking an employee for extra dressing that was not placed in the bag the first time we asked for it. We were at the drive-thru window and the female employee thought that the window was closed when saying the racially, rude remark. I called and asked to speak to someone in management and was directed to someone by the name of Kelsey, who was well spoken and extremely apologetic. St. Louis Bread Company has great food but I would urge them to pursue more professional employees.

Placed an over the phone order, was told it would be ready @ 1:45. After picking up realized there was missing items, called and spoke with DJ and told him what was missing from our order. DJ told me to come back and he would have everything ready. I told DJ that Im only a few minutes away, and asked if I should give them some time to get the order together. DJ said no come now, after arriving back for the second time it was another hour before the food was ready. All they offered was to make our smoothie a large. Very disappointed!! The only thing good was the food.

Horrible experience. Drive through took longer than 15 mins. Food was less than quality. My salad included a while egg thrown in..not chopped n missing the yolk, no bacon, and it stead of a half of salad; I was given a quarter of a half of salad. My sandwich was dry n piled with a half of an onion. Poor customer service and the manager "Doug" was of no assistance either . Go to bread Co in a different area if you can.

I was thrilled to find natural stevia sweetener at a St. Louis Bread Company for the first time, especially since I forgot to bring my own. As a cab driver, I was also glad to find the only (I think) Bread Company in north St Louis County so close to my 2 regular trips of the day, where I could sit and do paperwork. However, I wish they had kiosks and/or Order from your Table available here.

Standard Bread Co in terms of inside and menu. Customer service was excellent. I believe it was Cierra who took my order and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. I had not had the corn chowder and asked her opinion. First she gave me her thoughts on the dish and then gave me a small sample. I have never been offered a sample at Bread Co. It was extremely helpful.

I am generally always happy. If you want one of the soups that is only served on certain days you will need to get there before 6pm otherwise they stop making it and when they run out they run out. Actually they seem to always run out of something all the time but they offer substitutions that make the customer happy. The staff is awesome btw.

The food is always great here. It is well made and tasty. I have never had an issue with the quality of the food. Five Stars The service here is inconsistent. It seems that the staff turnover is high and once the staff get established they are gone. The ones that stay, do not seem to be very good. Three Stars.

Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to a delivery driver named ivory, she went above and beyond to fix an order that she didnt have to since I told her numerous times it was 100% okay, and she still went out of her way to bring me a drink that was accidently mixed up! She is awesome. :)

Just got my first Panera Delivery!! LOVE LOVE LOVE Larry!!! He was so nice and checked my order thoroughly...everything was perfect! Only a $5 min and $3 del charge?!? YES PLEASE! Best Experience EVER! Thanks Larry! (If they still have it, try the Kitchen Sink Cookie...youre welcome!)

Good food if you are able to get it. Regular here as my wife loves bread co but as a former restaurant manager always disappointed as it seems they are always out of items or there registers are down so you cant get credit or redeem rewards. Very disappointing.

Like any other bread co, but whats up with thr red onions. They changed to a slimmy pink thing. Had this at another beead co..bring back the crunchy fresh onion. This is sogggy and gross.
