The food was terrible. Jack Daniels burger was burnt to a crisp. So when you go to a restaurant, ask for a burger, and they do not offer a cooking preference; you know your getting a frozen burger patty fresh from the microwave.. So gross. My moms flat bread pizza was overloaded with cheese, which would normally be awesome, but it was way too greasy and the flat bread was soggy. That too was most likely microwaved. There was literally so much garlic in the pesto sauce. The dish was inedible. The final thing we ordered was for my daughter. It was the bruschetta chicken pasta. The chicken was freaking raw!!. They obviously didnt microwave it long enough. I worked at TGI Fridays for several years when i was in college. The food used to be amazing. I cant believe how much it has changed I will never be back

If I could give less stars I would. We didnt even get to sit down to eat because we were waiting to get seated after being told a "15" minute wait that turned into over an hour. We sat at the bar to get a drink as we expected about 30 minutes since it was busy when we came in, however, we continually watched multiple other groups get sat before us. My fiancé even went to the hostess to remind her we were sitting at the bar waiting, and she said "oh, ok!" However after watched two other couples come in after we had been sitting there 45 minutes get seated immediately, we had had enough and walked out. I understand it being busy, however, the customer service we experienced was horrible. (Except the bartender that made my drink - she was great). Needless to say this was the first time we went and will be our last.

This place was absolutely fantastic from the entry coming through the door all the way to our seat! I would & will highly recommend this TGI Fridays at the St Charles Missouri location to any Traveler Casual Dine in person first date last date anything! Lol lol lol the french fries that I had were the absolute best perfect crunchy I can go on & on the staff was absolutely fantastic! Please dont just take my word for it try it for yourself & enjoy & also it has a fantastic family atmosphere for everyone to enjoy! I currently live in the Atlanta Georgia! area But when I come here to St. Louis Missouri this will be one of my places/restaurants that I dine in!! That should give you an idea of this place! may God bless all & remember enjoy eating out there!!

After being seated, we waited for way too long before someone came over to get our drink order. When they did arrive, she said she was busy in the kitchen. After getting our drinks we said we were ready to order. She replied, she couldnt take it right now because she needed to go greet another table. Then, when our food came out my food was made incorrectly. They immediately took it back and "fixed" it. So dry!!!! When we finally got refills, after sitting and waiting forever, my glass had food on it!!!!!! When we were paying, she asked how my burger was and I told her it was super dry. She replied, "oh, you are joking." Not sure we will be back any time soon.

I was there on Friday night, they were super busy and they had endless apps being ordered like crazy. My food came out super fast and I was thrilled. I did notice another family right next to me that was waiting for there food and it took a long time. They were a family of 6, with small children. They did not complain like assholes but kindly asked the manager what was going on. The manager came over and corrected the situation and comped the entire meal, the waitress then started making animal gallons and at the end refused to take a tip. Hats off to the family for being nice people and hats off to Fridays for doing the right thing.

Ive been here many times in the past and never had any real complaints, but also was never thoroughly impressed. A recent take-out order I placed was incorrect, but unfortunately, I didnt discover it until I got home. I called and the manager was very apologetic and offered to take the meal off my credit card and ALSO send me a $20 credit towards a future meal - very classy move. We went to dinner here shortly after and they were very accommodating. Food and service was higher quality than ever (and they didnt know about the gift card until the end). Well visit again and again. Thanks for kicking it up a notch!

Sat at the bar. Great service and food. Enjoy the atmosphere and like watching the Cardinal games on the many Tv;s. Only have one complaint. During this visit an obvious female employee getting off her shift sat at the bar being extremely loud on her cell, feet almost on top the bar, using very bad language disturbing not only us but others. We had great apps. waiting on another party but decided to leave having our guest meet us elsewhere. We will be back hoping this problem is rectified without hampering other considerate employees from enjoying the bar area after a long shift.

We went in on 7/29 @ 2 OCLOCK. THE HOSTES was so rude. I asked her how she was doing and she rolled her eyes at me and ignored us. Did not look happy. I didnt say anything to my girlfriend how I felt about her. My girlfriend said I do not like her. I said wow you noticed what i noticed. Not the type of greeting you want when going out for dinner. We ordered our drinks. Then decided to leave. Went to Red Lobster instead. So happy we left.

Unfortunately great service doesnt make up for the food. Cant get a steak or a burger cooked the way I want. Pink or no pink, I always ask for medium for a burger for medium rare for a steak, and yet I always get it well done. I think they let it sit too long or they just are clueless when it comes to cooking. Their menu is lacking, I personally prefer Applebees now. Shame, because I used to love this place. Time to step up TGI Fridays.

They won’t take reservations; once we got there we waited for over an hour to be seated with a party of 12. I normally wouldn’t complain about that but we called a half hour out like they told us and they still didn’t have their acts together. Talked to manager and he brushed it off as "We have had this issue for some time now". He offered me some free drinks from the bar next time I’m in. Don’t think I’ll go back to use them though.

Very disappointing. Went for never-ending appetizers. They had you order 3 at a time but only brought you one. Service was very slow. At one point I asked to get the boneless wings I ordered they said I had to finish my potato skins first. He proceeded to say "so they can keep food cost down". What the h***, Im paying for it give me my food. It took an hour and a half to get 3 appetizers. First and last time ever eating there.

This restaurant used to be great but now they are only worried about how much money they can squeeze out of their customers for mediocre food. Chicken Bruschetta was straight up spaghetti. Appetizers are all you can eat...for $12, not $10. And there are only 5 poor choices. My daughter loved her burger and it looked like it was worth the cost. We wont be going back. Not enough value for the cost.
