One of their employees (an Asian woman) was bringing food to the buffet. Being a short person in statue she was having trouble reaching the food containers. Instead of asking for help or getting a foot stool, she put her entire head underneath the “sneeze guard” in order to fill the containers. She had long hair and it appeared to have touched the food. I found this to be very upsetting as well as unsanitary. I voiced my concerns to the Manager on duty, (A young black man without a name tag) His response was; “If you don’t like it you can leave, in fact I’m asking you to leave now, and you are barred from the property.” I am a local resident as well as a frequent customer. I do not appreciate Health Code violations such as this or being treated in such a disrespectful manner.

I ordered a #6 $5 box.... simple. Some how the cashier charged over 10$ once we corrected her the manager give us 5$ back, cool. Then once I received my food all I had was 3 tenders and a cookie. The $5 box comes with mashed potatoes and a biscuit, I asked for my missing items then the cashier argued all I ordered was the tenders and the manager was rude claiming that would come out of her check.... I still paid 5$ for my 5$ box.. so I am not sure how that would be coming out of her check but ok....

Service sucks food was dried out, potatoes was nasty. Ran out of biscuits bought 2 extra was never brought to us had to ask for money back. Was offered 2 cookies in place of biscuits. Duh No if we wanted cookies we would have ordered them. Then offered the biscuits to us to go NO we wanted to eat them with our chicken. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK PLEASE! Thank you!

These people are the slowest servers Ive ever dealt with. No one in line it took more than 15 minutes for a two piece meal and it still wasnt ready. How can it take over 15 minutes to serve one person?

Food was NOT fresh. Customers had to ask for fresh chicken. Food made my family and myself SICK! I would NEVER go back to this KFC, and I plan on calling the national customer service hotline.
