This is a family owned and operated business that my father started almost 26 years ago. We have enjoyed being a part of the Gulfport community and plan on being here for many more years. Over the years we have met some amazing people, both customers and employees. I have grown up with some of these people and they will always be a part of my life. Of course, as with anyone, there are a few people that like to trash us by leaving a nasty Google reviews. I hope those of you that are actually looking at these reviews understand that most negative google reviews for any business are blown a little bit out of proportion. One of my reviews was from a man that was upset that his milk came in a cup and not in a bottle, that was his only problem. Poor guy. Another one of my reviews was from a disgruntled employee that liked to spend 30-45 minutes in the bathroom and when Scott told him that he was going to have to start clocking out for his bathroom breaks he absolutely lost his mind and placed a google review under a false name blasting Scott and my wife. These are a couple of the "bads" that come along with the many "goods" in this business. Our business has one of the greatest overall satisfaction scores in the Dairy Queen system and we plan on keeping it that way. Thanks to everyone for your loyalty and support.

We recently moved here to Gulfport and were pleased to see there was a DQ only a couple miles from out place...we usually enjoy dropping by later in the evening for a Blizzard. Usually thing s go smooth and were out the door with our order....not tonight. It seems they were training a new hire and it just so happened she got to make my Butterfinger Blizzard. Even though it took 3 times as long for her to make it I said nothing until she handed it to me. I asked her if she was finished with it, because it was nowhere near full. She answered yes... I said its barely 1/2 filled and I see no Butterfinger in it what so ever. She just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. So I turned to her trainer who was at the register and said you call this a fully filled medium Blizzard? She never even looked at the cup and said...yep. So I told her if thats what they were selling they could just keep it....I put it down on the counter and walked out. Way to go PAMELLA W. (name was on the receipt) youre lack of customer service and rude attitude is whats prompted this well deserved review...Hope your employer reads these reviews, here and on FaceBook. BTW....you got 1 full star because it wouldnt allow me to rate less and be able to post.

Their food is good but the way they treat u is bad if u ask for a app for job if your black they look at u like u asked for a pickle with mustard and cheese with jacked up sauce they also play jokes on u if they smoke that day like putting pepper in your doctor pepper and just because they hate Obama they treat everybody badly jo Moore wife cheats on him and he takes his pain out on customers way a bad place !!!!! Also your caught bullying jo Moore right on your post u teased somebody about a milk and bottle thats the jokes and bullying this company does all the time his wife isnt racist though she likes all men sad place to work their goal is to represent dixe past cultures Im telling u their racist Scott the cook dropped food on the floor and I swear to god he used it 1 min later on a chicken basket they got roaches and beetles all behind the stove Scott the cook sweats from the kitchen heat and it gets on food I saw that at least twice they got hair all on the cheese sad but nastly true its crazy how u gone drop food on the floor then use it and they do it just to save money the health inspector needs to check that place out.

Most Dairy Queens take a while to make your food thats because they are making it fresh. I can deal with that and appreciate it. However, my latest stop to this restaurant took over 15 minutes. I finally looked in the window to see what was going on to find the drive thru worker sitting on a box against the wall gabbing to the other person and completely ignoring the bag that had been sitting on the counter to give to me for a very long time. I can take dealing with cook times, but I dont like lazy employees wasting my time. I wont be going back.

I never write these comments, but this is the worst service I ever had. Ive worked in fast food at one of the places known for good service (Chick-fil-a). Everyone I spoke with had a bad attitude. Our order was missing food and was made wrong. I spent over $40 for my order and I will never spend my money at this location for unexceptional and poor service.

If u want to eat out of a trash can with employees who are not trained properly, will try and hurry you up while your ordering, might forget some of your food that YOU PAID FOR and also proceed to give you an attitude and NO SMILING FACES youve found the dump of gulfport!! Good luck going here

Has to be the most unkid friendly place. Kids meals get no toy. The treat is a coupon for 50cent off of treat. Plus the put milk in a cup not a tamper bottle. So who knows if the milk is safe for kids. Manger just made excuses for his store faults. Whats this world coming to.
