Really good Mediterranean food for a decent price. Very fast service with friendly staff. Had a veggie bowl (which comes with a pita) and a pita sandwich. You should try the different combinations and ask if you have questions. The two hot sauces are both pretty hot and delicious. Naf Naf pretty much works like Chipotle, just pick the options you want through the ordering line. The fries (I think they are more like chips) are crispy and yummy, I would get them again. I think they make all the breads onsite, because they have a little bakery. I wish they have wheat bread option for pita. Good new downtown spot if you want a fast bite. A great addition to state street Mediterranean selections.

Fast, usually very kind service, and the food is way better than youd expect for an average lunch place. Very flavorful kabob on offer, and you can try a hummus bowl, which gives you a smear of the beautifully prepared chickpea-puree, topped with a chopped salad, meat, and toppings/sauce of your choice. Dal is on offer, and surprisingly good dal, at that... They have excellent babaganouj, as well, and great warm pita comes with everything. Its a great deal, and you dont really feel bad about walking away from a fast food joint when youre done eating.

I ordered falafel; I got chicken. After double checking and being reassured that Id be getting falafel by the man making it, I was served wrong. No biggie, I just switched with a non-vegetarian friend. However, the wrap was still underwhelming. It tasted a bit like falafel one would find at a public school cafeteria. Drunk visits after the bar? Great place, Im sure. But, if youre a sober customer with some falafel experience and expectations, skip it.

This place is like Subway. You go up to the counter and pick your food and toppings. The food is great, but unfortunately the person behind the counter was so quiet that I could barely understand a word she was saying. I took a star off for that. It wasnt my style of food, but as an exploration of new foods, it was great.

Not bad. I had low expectations since Ive had my share of middle eastern franchisees style places but the meal I ordered (hummus plate with salad and steak shawarma plus pita bread) was tasty and filling. Steak was ok but not great, next time I will try the chicken if I am around.

I came in when the doors opened needing catering for a meeting of 25 people that was in an hour. The staff at the Madison Naf Naf was awesome, and turned everything around in time to make my meeting. They even helped me carry the bags to my car. Great experience.

My first time when I came to this restaurant, it was really good service like they put more rice and chicken but now they getting worse by charge every customer for every thing to make it expensive and this is really bad habit.

Mmmmm!! I get a Falafel hangover just thinking about this place!! Who doesnt love Hummus, Sumac Onions, Tahini, Fluffy Chickpea batter fried into nummy Falafel? If you like Chipotle, you will love the Naf Naf Grill.
