Great ice cream but HORRIBLE customer service. Get in line for the drive through near closing time and you may or may not get the ice cream you were hoping for. Apparently if there are people in line at the drive through it doesnt matter. They will simply turn off the lights and stop acknowledging customers right at closing time. No apology or explanation that they are now closed or anything. Just shut off the lights and turn off the intercom. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. Next time I want dairy queen I will either visit a location which puts the customer first or consider not giving Dairy Queen my money at all and go elsewhere.

Childish staff, Mary should learn to babysit her disrespectful staff, including the two young punk kids that worked Sunday night 8-6-16 They take there time, drawing huge looooong waits in the drive through then almost 90% of the time mess up the orders, when confronting the staff they have attitudes and smirks. Next time Ill save time and drive to Huntley instead for ice cream.

I have no idea how much it costs to make a blizzard. But my advice is to wait from 2p-5p and get basically the same thing from a Steak and Shake for a MUCH MUCH more reasonable price.
