When we had to place our order they had to come out to us and write it down. That wasnt a problem at all. We ordered three combos which all came with drinks. They brought out two drinks. So we told them we are missing a third. The girl asked if we bought a third. We told her we ordered three combos and that shouldnt even be a question. She was very hesitant to go get our third drink when we clearly ordered a third. I also got boneless wings and didnt get a fork so I went up to the door to ask for one. They had to discuss it inside before coming out and giving me one. Luckily we arent from there and dont have to ever go there again.

Evrything was great except for the pieces of plastic and strawberry pieces in my cookie dough blast. Last time I checked equipment was supposed to be cleaned between uses. Dont order shakes because they do not wash the equipment. The plastic did not anger me so much because they couldnt known until someone told them, luckily as an adult I saw the plastic. I called and a lady answered the phone, I told her they may want to check the machine because their was pieces of plastic and strawberry in my shake and she said okay.

This is my third failed attempt this week and last time I ever come here they cant seem to get an order right to save there life not to mention the quality of the product was by far the worst my order was simple the blast were half way mixed I mean come on an inch into a large blast is where the toppings stopped and my hot fudge on the Sunday I also ordered had a burnt smell and taste if this is the best you guys can do shutdown and move on I do not recommend this eating establishment to any one

This sonic is very hit or miss with both its service and food. One day service will be really horrible and the food will be almost picture like. Next visit will be super service and when you open your food it looks like a couple of two year olds had a food fight in the bag. Seldom do you get both good food and service, however the opposite occurs on the regular.

I was in line and nobody took my order, i waited about 10 minutes so i just left and i passed by and all the workers were outside just talking and smoking. and they dont close until 12, and it was only 9:30. and there were cars behind me waiting too. and this wasnt the first time either. never going back to Gautier sonic again.

I very regularly visit this establishment for the nice and cheap chicken strip sandwiches. They cook the chicken on demand, so sometimes it takes up to ten minutes for my order (Altho I call ahead on the way). Staff is friendly. Tom is an excellent manager.

I went to the one in Gautier and Matthew is horrible. He is very impatient and has a bad attitude. With him as a order taker you will lose alot of customers because of messed up orders for one he dont listen long enough to get the orders correct.....

Food is OK, but by far the worst sonic I have ever been to in regards to service. Either the person hiring is incompetent or his/her pool of applicants is lacking. Unfortunately for me it is the one near my house.

Service was fast enough for a Friday night and very friendly. Theres nowhere around here to get a decent Chicago dog so Sonic will have to do. Too bad its cold. The wiener was room temp and the bun was ice cold.

Excessively slow service. When asked about order, told it was out the door. Several minutes later, still no food. Finally found out it was still cooking! Just tell the truth. I can wait, but please dont lie!

Very hot day cutting grass pulled up to sonic at 1:56pm was told happy hour starters at 2pm cant honor till then. HAha small person with small power abuse.
