1. It is mandatory that we ask if customers are OK 24/7, we dont beg for tips. 2. We clean our patio tables 24/7, and the lot 3. We are human we can make mistakes and million times 4. We always try to get the food out as fast as we can 5. The only reason we let homeless people hang around is because too many people complain that we were rude and heartless. now that people get what they want they always want the opposite. 6. The food industry is hard if you have ever been a waiter or waitress or even a carhop or even had to deal with people all day. some days theres never a nice person. Sometimes it gets hard to always keep a smile on your face and never get tips what you deserve. But we will not beg 7. But most the time even through the hard days we are usually very nice, efficient, helpful, patient. Most of the people that work here have kids its not just a bunch of teenagers running around so we work hard Im not saying we deserve more than some people but we have a job and we try very hard at it. I know people can get annoying, I know sometimes you have to wait a long time on food, sometimes we may get it wrong every time, but just know everyone that works here, does care about your food and sometimes even become friends with our customers we try to give yall a five star fast food restaurant that makes you want to come back every day so please have a little patience with us Thank you.

I have been to this location three times in a row over 2 weeks and they have failed to get my order right all three times. I dont like mayo so I say and I quote,"I would like a number one combo with no mayo and no tomatoes add mustard." Every time the sandwich has had mayo on it on the first try. I swing through this location weekly with my kids on the way from school to a weekly appointment based on location. I only have ten minutes tops wiggle room in the schedule and this location has wasted that time without fail for three trips in a row. If I had the franchise owners info Id love to deliver this review in person. Oh yeah, BTW they have also failed to correct the problem two out of the three times. Ill leave with a sandwich and no time left and its still wrong. Thanks.

Love their blast and they have a good morning to mid afternoon crew. The evening crew on the week days though.... We have had messed up orders, missing food, cold food etc. I personallly avoid going there after 4pm. Maybe its because we go during the dinner rush but, still I dont mind the waiting but when we wait over 10 minutes and our food is cold and we got the wrong stuff, yall need to step it up. Other than that I enjoy going to sonic and the morning are very friendly :)

My wife went up there to get ice cream and it took 25 minutes. She looked around and watching the manager and kids working their ,on their cell phones and eating the ice cream we ordered. The food a variety is great but yall need new management . So the manager comes out and says sorry we have a new person working. The knew person was the only one she saw working. Whoevere the manager is needs to go....

Nothing! !!! Didnt like nothing bout it. The food sucks!!! They got my order wrong 3 times then came to me and said my card didnt work while I was trying to eat. And took my card and done something so it charged me 3 times. Dont go to this sonic please

They allow a homeless person to let his female dog that is in heat walk all over the tables they also allow him to drink alcoholic beverages in front of there property that is unsanitary and nasty to have a dog that is bleeding walking on the tables

The food here is exactly what you would expect from sonic. The staff is always friendly. I marked it down 1 star because it does not have a drive thru. It has made a negative impact on my fast food decision on several occasions.

Not very good. Hamburger was cold. The French fries were cold and stale. And I ordered pineapple habanero wings and got hot honey wings. Oh well I guess. And I really like Sonic.
