Freaking WOW!!!... per my hubby. On our way home to Ohio and stopping overnight in Jackson MS. Has to stop at a dealership to get our truck looked at and Edo popped up as one of the best rated in the area. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable! We left Ohio nearly two weeks ago to drive to the gulf coast...Alabama. We were disappointed with nearly every meal during our vacation until now! I believe our servers name was Nick. One the kindest, most polite and humble servers I have ever had the pleasure of running into. Not looking forward to eating out when i get home...esp Japanese good. Nick and the team need to come to Ohio and show them how its done!

We were traveling to Texas and stopped overnight in Jackson. Edo came up with the best reviews, and I am so glad we tried it! We have eaten lots of sushi and lots of Japanese, this place is one of my favs- the service is amazing, the food hot and fresh and so full of flavor. Family friendly too. One of our kiddos was especially fond of the miso. Great experience, would totally recommend, and have put this on the books for our future trips!

My wife and I love Edo. Were likely partial because of the wonderful service, but the food is excellent. When Ive got clients in town from much larger markets, they are amazed at the fresh quality of Edo. If you havent been there, it is not to be missed. And - - - if you like some tuna with kick, get the Never Bored Tuna, and wait for the surprise. Sincerely - - - 5 stars, one of our top 5 restaurants in Jackson (and were local).

I enjoyed this restaurant! The sushi was fresh and service fine. The interior space is rather small but didnt negatively impact the food or experience at all. Ill be returning soon! Eight months later and its still DELICIOUS!! No complaints... Nothing but praise! The Fantasy Roll and Pink Cadillac Roll were both great!! Upgrading to 5 stars. Ill be back soon!! Yall should meet me at the bar...

Best sushi in Jackson! I love this place! Amazing speciality rolls and fresh high grade fish. I love getting the sashimi bento box during lunch. For 11 bucks you get, about 6 large slices of salmon, tuna, and white fish sashimi, California roll, fried rice, 2 pot stickers, salad and soup. The speciality rolls come to your table beautifully presented, and taste just as Good as it looks!

Authentic, small and excellent. They had a Tuna Tomato special, which was salmon wrapped around a mix of octopus and other yummies to look like a tomato, and made a really attractive dish. Friendly service. and the little things, like an included hot towel, miso soup, crab & cucumber salad, and orange half to cleanse your palette.

Fresh and delicious! The other reviews are spot on. We ordered the crunchy roll, the dynamite roll, he rocky roll, and beef fried rice. Stuffed!!! They also have a nice little wine list. I had Josh cab. I appreciate a wine list that doesnt include Barefoot. Try this place! It will not disappoint!

Edo is by far the best sushi in Jackson. They have the freshest fish selection I have seen. To all the people that think Nagoya is good sushi... you need to come on down to Edo and see what you have been missing all these years. Vote Edo best sushi in Jackson! They earned it and deserve it!

Out of all the sushi places Ive tried around the Jackson metro area, Edo has the best, most consistent sashimi at an affordable price. Ive frequented this place several times and have yet to be served sashimi that is not fresh with the "fishy" odor (knock on wood).

Very good food! The portions are plentiful and there are little extras here--like the snow crab sampler, Oshibori hot towels and ending the meal with watermelon slices. The sushi was very fresh, service was attentive and polite and the atmosphere is cozy.

Love this place. Edo has the best sushi. I go least once a week. Never had a bad experience. Good service staff very friendly and accommodating. If going as a group best car pool parking is a bit tight at times but worth the effort.

Ive been going here for 3 years and its the ONLY sushi place in Jackson that I love. They have the best fried sushi ever, and the price is worth it. They tend to change managers a lot, but the food never changes. Well worth your money!

Their sushi is very good, as is most all of their food from the kitchen. For appetizers I favor the beef tataki. Sushi is very fresh. Service is always fast. Their lunch bentos are a great value and always good. Good service, too.
