How to describe how bad of service I received. First thing I wanted to go through drive through. I pull up and their delivery truck is blocking the whole back making going through drive through impossible. I decide to go inside. I walk up and start ordering, my kids wanted the pot pies. They tell me Im sorry were out of pot pies. Now this is at 830pm and they are all ready out of food. Now will not be the only food item they are out of. I so I order my kids something else and I tell them the sides I want for them, they then tell me the only sides they have left are beans and mashed potatoes. My kids really wanted KFC so I dont leave. I finally finish my order and now I have been waiting 25 min for my food and they just told me that I am waiting on something I ordered 25 min ago that they just started cooking. Do not come to this store after 7pm at night. You will get service slower then molasses and they will be out of practically everything.

I ordered a family bucket meal (dark meat org, white meat crispy) when I get to the window they tried to give me someone elses order. Hand them my receipt so they could make my order & pulled forward to wait 10 mins later they bring my order & tell mme they ran out of crispy breast hope thats ok. NO ITS NOT ok I eat the breast & dont like original recipe bc its soggy to me the guy tells me I can wait 8 mins for crispy I said no bc Ive already been waiting 20 mins from order time it wouldnt have been so bad of I had not seen 2 buckets of chicken go out the window behind me. Called customer service all they can do is have someone look into it, so in other words nothing would be done. Will NOT be going back to KFC. Thats the 3rd time they have messed my order & Ive only ordered 3 times since moving here in Aug.

Ordered 10 piece family meal, and theyre supposed to be mixed pieces, but went home and found out it was 4 pieces of legs and 2 wings and 4 thighs and no breasts. And I hate thighs, even my cat dont eat thighs! I paid for breasts but they gave me thighs, but I didnt want to drive back just to get the order right. Lifes full of many disappointments and this KFC is one of them, lol...Once again, four times I been to this KFC, and two times they had my order wrong. This time I ordered coleslaw and I got mashed potatoes. Do these people come to work on a short bus or what?

I am with a luxury car brand where customer experience is expected and we strive for it. We use this location at least once a month for catering to our employees and have for nearly 4 years. Ive seen managers come and go and this by far is the best crew Ive seen here. EVERY employee is friendly, respectful and aware. Not only to me but other customers. Food quality has gotten much better too. Highly recommended. Great job guys!

I thought the cooking oil needed to be changed. I had the chicken and fish with shrimp. The breading was very dark as a posed to golden brown. More a brown mahogany color. Otherwise the people working there were very nice. Thanks

Very dirty, couldnt find a single clean table. I had to wipe down my own table. Floors were really dirty as well and obviously had not been swept since the last rush of customers. Just not up to standard for a restaurant.

Best KFC experience ever; super friendly staff (the lady at the counter was great and let me sample the Nashville hot chicken - too hot for me). The chicken breasts were huge and piping hot.
