On a good day its great. On a bad day its still very good. Id like more good days, but will still come back for the chicken. Wait staff could use some more customer service coaching. Dont forget those demanding people crowding the counter are the ones whose money keeps your shop open!

I like the spicy chicken but its hit or miss that you get what you order in the drive through. After a couple of times of driving home only to find the wrong pieces in the box I now annoy the customers behind me by taking the time to check before I drive off.

Drive thru was apparently broken, pulled to order at window after waiting 20 minutes, then the Drive thru girl was very rude and snappy with us. Got all the way home to find out they got our whole order wrong. Very annoying. Wont go back.

Service was slow. Cashier acted as though she was doing me a favor taking my order. Absolutely no courtesy extended. Dining area including every table top was dirty. Had to wipe myself.
