Absolutely awful! After not allowing us to add one slice of cheese to a sandwich and then rudely stating that you are not allowed to switch a side on a family fill up bucket, we get home to find out that 4 of the 8 peices of chicken are almost literally the size of a chicken nugget. Thankfully we werent that hungry or else we would have had to go somewhere else and get more food due to the lack of chicken that ended up in our fill up bucket.

The cashier taking the order (Nitria) was very rude and got the order completely wrong. She didnt have her shoes on her feet correctly and had to slide her feet across the floor when she walked. I had to pull up and wait on the order when they were not busy. The whole experience was awful. I will not return the KFC in Collierville, TN again,.

Lazy staff. I always have to go inside to get my order after waiting in the parking lot because I ask for a fresh order after being told that someone will bring it to where Im parked. They have a simple job, but theyre incapable of doing it, like everything else in Memphis. On a positive note, their food is consistently good.

People just dont care about there jobs anymore. Drive through literally was nothing but bad attitude. They were out of few items of food and just didnt seem to want to make it with 40 minutes left till closed. Company isnt going to last long hiring employees who just dont care or at most acts like they dont.

I love KFC chicken, but I hate going to this store as you will lose 25-45 minutes of your life waiting for your food. The first time I went, I thought it might be the exception, but the two return trips have only reinforced how slow and poor their customer service is.

I love the Colonels chicken. They are friendly here, but frequently have to make substitutes to complete you order during to being out of something.
