Is there a NO STAR rating?! NEVER GOING BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND! Went there last Thursday because family wanted to, for some of us, it was our first time. Three-hour long wait, but whatever, everyones hungry and most wanted seafood. We had a group of 6. Once we finally got through the line and PAID, we were instructed to step out of the line and stay against the wall to wait since our group was bigger than typical. As we were waiting to be seated, the men figured it was the perfect time to use the restroom. The greeter or host, who was a much much older White lady, approached us very rudely and asked us for the rest of our party and insisted that we would not be seated until our entire party was present. Okay, that was rude and disrespectful... WHY THE FK WOULD YOU PUT THE BATHROOM BY THE ENTRANCE IF YOURE NOT GOING TO LET PEOPLE USE IT ONCE THEYVE PAID?!?! She apparently didnt see us as people with integrity (or perhaps it was the color of our skin, god knows) and had the audacity to ask the men if they paid when they came out the bathroom... we were like, well, how else did you expect us to get through all of that if we didnt? We tried to brush it off. When we were finally seated, we were then asked to show proof that we paid. WTF?! Again, for some of us it was our first time! While everyone else kept their receipt, my uncle threw his away when he went to the bathroom. The cashiers didnt warn us to keep it, they just said we were "GOOD TO GO." So thats when we figured we had enough. My brother openly expressed his frustration and disappointment at the quality of customer service (or the lack thereof) and I piggy-backed off of it, expressing how rude we were treated on our way in. The waitress seeing that we were all overwhelmed with disbelief at this point said that she would "let it go" and that we didnt need to show proof. However, the manager then approached my brother (instead of my uncle) and demanded proof of payment. When my brother responded, "Well, how the hell did you think I got in here?!" Manager didnt even try to de-escalate the problem, instead she threatened to get security on us. My brothers girlfriend then pulled out their receipt and then my uncle clarified that he was the one without proof. Luckily, my uncle paid with his credit card (so he was able to prove payment) and he was the calmer one of the group so he was more than willing to go back up to the cashiers desk with the manager to verify payment. All in all, $30/person for a 3-hour wait, sh*tty customer service and over-salted food. My brother was so consumed with anger and disbelief after the whole ordeal, he hardly ate a thing. We shouldve just demanded a refund and went next door.

I went here the Thursday after fathers day with my father and 17 y/o sister. We stood in line for over 2 hours. I expected the wait, so that wasnt where everything went wrong. Our server was wonderful and very kind. The table next to ours has a bag of some sort of herb and a jar of sauce for their crab. Being the foodie I am I was curious as to what it was, so I was trying to figure it out. I asked my sister of she knew what it was. The lady preceded to attack us verbally. Telling us we have big mouths and to keep them shut. Its none of our business. I tried explaining to her we were just curious to what they were dipping their crab in. She continued to be horrible. This lady was over 50, and she continued to attack a 17 year old. My sister is unlike most girls her age. She is shy, timid, overly polite, and avoids conflicts. I requested to see a manager. I was upset about this. The response I got was to just leave them alone and dont respond our escalate the situation. The lady continued to bad mouth us. I am horribly upset as to how the manager handled the situation. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 13 years, and I could never imagine handling a situation like this. My fathers day dinner was close to ruined. I paid good money for my family and myself to enjoy our time! What a disappointment!

if I could give it negative stars I would! WORST CASINO BUFFET! I went and saw thay the price is 17.50 per person!!!!!! SEVENTEEN FIFTY!! I thought I would get a great fancy meal seeing as though the place looks fancy and modern! I get to my table and I SEE FLIES! ugh.. then I go and serve some food! No food! LACK OF CHOICES!I get some ribs and potatoes.. RIBS are COLD IN THE INSIDE!!! I throw away and go for more... THERE IS NOTHING! 2 pieces of raw pizza some noodles and some pasta... chicken... salad bar... dessert bar... some nasty awful asian sectiom with chicken drumies dripped in sweet sauce??? and hard rice! and then I get to my table and SEE FLIES!!! ugh! worst place ever! and... THEY HAVE 8 CHEFS walking around aimlessly!!!! EIGHT CHEFS! and NO JAW DROPPING FOOD! NONE! and its SEVENTEEN FIFTY per PERSON!!! wow... so not satisfied!

Well where to begin. Seems like this construction has lessened the place.... waited in line after paying for 25 min. As everyone was going through there we stand. The trade winds has gotten a lot smaller less food options and the price went up. UNSATISFIED. .... And are crab legs were cold. :-( THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY I LIKED WAS ARE SERVER WAS VERY NICE... AND THEY HAVE BAR NOW. DONT THINK I WILL BE BK. Lets not mention no matter the age of child its still 31.00 come on. For a 6 and under chi l d should not be 29.00 w/o tax 30.99 w/tax. Crazyyyyyyy

Hard to make a positive review when you wait in line for an hour and see a whole section of tables not being cleaned off for the entire time! There was absolutely NO reason why people werent being served. We ended up leaving because youd think that getting in line at 7:00 and hardly moving when you see 8 click the clock. Since the restaurant closes at 9 we decided to call it quits. Thanks for wasting my evening.

For $32 I felt the "seafood buffet" lacked choices such as steamed, fried, or raw. No lobster, scallops, crawfish or calamari. And no shrimp inspired dishes, just peel and eat. And finally only 2 types of actual fish!! Very disappointing for the price and the wait. Charging $30 a head they should be able to come up with something better and actually deserving of being called a seafood buffet.

The food was mediocre and the price was high. I went with two Players Club members and didnt get a discount because I didnt have a card. They didnt mind me depositing cash in their slots! Mystic doesnt treat me that way! Im leaving the Island and heading to the Lake that has better service!

One of the best buffets around! Huge salad bar including pasts salads. Excellent prime rib on Friday and Saturday nights. Huge selection of other foods including chicken, fish,shrimp, meats,and a fresh bake Italian area! Crab legs galore on Thursday nights Sea Food Buffet night.

I love the brunch/lunch buffet, order a customized omelette every visit. Its huge and fantastic every time. Wide variety of other food as well with some different dishes from day to day.
