Ive been here twice scene April 12 , first visit was the 12th around 3pm the food was not good (my order; mexican pizza with ext. Cheese no pizza sauce.)the beans were dry and hard. The meat was wet, what little there was of it. There was cheese right in the middle NO extra, less than usual? Tonight I came through the drive Thur. One person in front of me no one behind me. I ordered my tacos and bean burritos and then 2 Festa cheesy potatoes, ask them to cook them for an extra minute, I was told they could not do that because they only had a few workers! But no other customers? They are only here to cook and serve food that is the job. I know because Ive worked at a Toca bell once! Im not saying all taco bells are bad but this one need a manager who will keep the customers happy . My husband travels for his work so we eat out a lot from town to town.and run in to rude people and places where we would not eat but taco bell is mostly consistent Except for the people. They let the food get hard and dry or refuse to cook what the customer ask for? Every restaurant should strive for excellence in food and customer service.. at least TRY! Sorry I ran on so long.

I didnt get names but whoever the manager was the night of Feb 21 was beyond rude and definitely not manager material (3-11 shift). I ordered a quesadilla with shredded chicken but got beef instead. Thats funny because beef isnt even a regular option for a quesadilla. The guy that took the order was awesome though. He knew what we ordered and even laughed when he figured out the problem, as he also knows that shouldnt have happened. I showed the manager the receipt and argued with me that I ordered beef. It clearly said shredded chicken. The guy that took the order even pulled up the order and showed her, but she continued to deny it. If a manager is going to be ignorant and argumentative, why is she employed there at all? The staff used to be amazing a few years ago but now its hit or miss.

I just had one of the best fast food experiences in my life. I have been having a rough few weeks and apparently it was showing (embarrassed). The lady in the drive thru window looked at me when she took my money and said something I could not hear to someone in the kitchen. The next thing I know a young man is leaning half way out the window, handing me my order, and asked -"Do you need a hug?". This totally made my day! Thank you to the peeps in the drive thru who took hthe time to notice a gal needed a pick-me-up! Job well done!

Hands down the best Taco Bell. Highest quality food, fast, and the most consistent of all Taco Bells I have been to. On top of that that they have a great staff, super friendly. I feel like the other MN Taco Bell locations could learn a lot from the Oak Park Heights store and staff. Most people wouldnt take the time to review a fast food joint, but these people deserve all the praise. 5 Stars, A++, Cant say enough good things. I will never take the OPH T Bell for granted again.

Never going to this taco bell ever again service sucks, had to buy more cheese for my nachos cause they skimped out on it, 75 cents for a splash of nacho cheese and than they wanna say all taco bells are the same well thats a lie cause the taco bell in Maplewood and woodbury are awesome and value ur service unlike this one

I came to this location right after closing at 1 am thinking it was open until 3 am. Not too big of a deal, however, while driving out of the parking lot, an employee driving a red pontiac G6 yelled some expletives out his window at me. Totally unprofessional. Wont be back to this location.

This is one of the yet, outdated taco bells. Old building, old decor, dirty ceiling tiles that were out of place. Needs renovated. Food was still very good. Cashier was a little slow and not very good at speaking with customers.

Worst taco bell ever if ur going to this taco bell to lose weight this is the place the food portions are horrible they have a growth chart next to the door but how u gonna grow if there skimping on the food portions ugh

Wrong order every time. If I have to go back to the damn counter three times cause you cant get it right and you still didnt get it right and all you did was send me a cupon. The wait was ridiculous. Dont go here

Nothing like waiting in the drive though for 5 minutes to finally get to the menu/order screen to have it tell you its closed and then being trapped in line while everyone in front of you gets food!!!!
