Our server was rushing us right away (wasnt busy when we had our reservations at 7:15pm on a Saturday) and didnt handle our questions in a very polite or "customer service" friendly way (a plain "No" with no apology, smile, or explanation isnt a good answer to asking about basic substitutions). She also didnt check back up on us for water refills or to see how our food was - even after promising to come back in 1 minute we had to flag her down after 10. The baked Brie appetizer was very good. Our New York Strip steaks were cooked to what we requested, however they were hardly seasoned so chewy that our jaws were getting sore from chewing (even for medium rare and especially medium well). The potatoes side dishes were very good, the best part of the entree. Our chocolate cake desert with ganache sauce was very cold (I thought these usually are a bit warm or room temperature) and the cake was extremely dry. When brought up to our server about the dessert being so dry, she said "Im sorry about that. I will make sure we do not serve that do any other guests tonight." We voiced our concerns with a manager (in front of barely eaten dessert), who did his part on listening and apologizing. He did knock the price down to about 40% for compensation for the poor experience, however at no time did he offer to help make our visit more pleasurable besides from a monetary standpoint. Perhaps a different desert might have helped? Maybe, maybe not. All in all a very nice setting and a couple minor good things, but too many failures makes this far from a higher-end dining experience. Many national chains will get you much better steak, dessert, and service for 1/2 the cost.

Had a party of 16 for my birthday and service was terrible. We were seated at 730 didnt get food for over an hour 1/2 and we did, myself and others had to send several things back. My brother in law had to send his steak back twice before he decided to leave. I stayed and had to send my steak back 3 times, my wifes food was cold as well as several others. Eventually I got my steak cooked as I asked (medium ) and it had no flavor. For a $41.00 steak I was very disappointed. By the time we left it was after 930. Wouldnt go back unless they offered to make it up (complimentary) and show me they are a true steakhouse.

Service was terrible. We were seated and given water. No server in sight. Waited 20 minutes. Spoke to hostess and told her if we didnt get service we were leaving. Our supposed server came out with food and wiggled her fingers at us. We waited another 5 minutes and she never came back. There were a total of 6 people in the restaurant on a Sunday evening. We left and will never go back. At the prices they charge they should have treated you like royalty.

I have eaten here many times. I have never had a bad meal, even thought I order the same item every time... Beef Tenderloin. Its amazing, always cook to my liking perfectly and real close to being the best in the metro area. The service is always professional and friendly. Price might be a tad high, but if you play in the casino, use your comp dollars to pay for, or at least offset your bill. Try it, you wont be disappointed.

We were nervous to visit because of the reviews, but were pleasantly surprised. The staff and our server were great. They were friendly and helpful. The food was an even better surprise. The steaks were cooked beautifully and they tasted amazing. I recommend the augrautins. We did go on a Thursday night when it was a tad slower. I would definitely go back. Thanks!

Service is terrible !!!!! 2 hrs not the table I requested. Food was ok but 2 hrs for a meal with no drinks is unacceptable. Barely made the show was promised that our desert would be comped but of course they were not! No time to fix this as we were going to the show of the Tenors. I will not go back ever!

Service was poor, food was fair, prices were high for the quality of the experience. No drinks or water for 20 minutes, finally found a pitcher and poured ourselves a glass. Roasted veggies arrived cold. Ordered a second beverage- 20 more minute wait. No thank you.

I had a medium rare new York strip, and it was really tough. It was cooked right, but had the texture of a leftover steak heated in the microwave. The brussels sprouts were undercooked. Great service and presentation, but way overpriced for what you get.

Awful awful food, unseasoned, terrible service. The drinks werent made properly and took about 20 minutes although the restaurant was empty. Very expensive, too. TERRIBLE!
