Decent flavor profiles on the sandwiches. Prices are on the higher side as far as sandwiches go. My dislikes? If you want me to bring my family here to eat, please put in changing stations in the restrooms. After all it is 2016, were not barbarians for crying out loud. And another thing...your restrooms dont house gold toilet paper- is there really a need to have to gain access to a code to open the door? Thats just tacky. Come on tightwads...let us go! I wouldve rated higher if you had changing tables for the kiddos-yes, its that important to parents.

Just had the most bare bones sandwich ever. So, I had to buy some chips and a bar for the road, because the skimpy sandwich left me wanting. After I purchased the snack, I was confronted by the manager and he accused of theft. He insisted that I had stolen the food and he didnt even consult the guy at the register. I was wrongfully accused. It was very disrespectful and I wont be eating there again!

A sandwich sounded really good after picking up my credit card from the bar I left it at last night, so I stopped at this erberts by my house to try it. The man who made my sandwich must have been in a rush with the other 2 customers in the store because there wasnt any meat, maybe a strip. Crappy sandwich, crappy employee. 100% Jimmy Johns from here on out.
