I am an operations assistant for Tent Theatre, the professional summer theatre on MSUs campus. My team and I came into Penn Station to ask for donation for our silent auction that benefits student who work in and around the theatre on scholarship. The employees of Penn Station were extremely kind and welcoming. They truly cared about customer service. The manager gladly donated to our silent auction and we appreciate the support very much. Tent Theatre highly recommends Penn Station!!

The staff is wonderful and very nice. Especially the employee, Chip. He always has a smile on his and very kind to my family when we come in and is working. The subs beat every sub place in Springfield, hands down and bread is to die for. Everything is fresh and is very much worth a try! We will be going every week!

Found the best philly cheesesteak in Missouri. Im from the east coast and have missed such a delicacy.. super friendly and helpful staff. I realize it takes time to prepare food when it is fresh, seemed to take a little longer than I would have expected post lunch time. Irregardless, I will be back!!

I come to this location very often to enjoy my favorite sandwich, there is one very hard working guy on the grill, he alone is the reason I return. The customer service at checkout is lacking. I was left on the hold 11 minutes. I do not suggest calling in.

Decided to try Penn Station E. Coast Subs and was pleasantly surprised. Had a 6" Italian sub with melted provolone cheese. It came with a marinara sauce which I asked for on the side. Not only was the main ingredients good the bread rocked!

My favorite Springfield dive for lunch. The owner is amazing and very personable. Food is amazing as well. If you havent tried this place you need to. Especially the lemonade, fresh cut fries, club sandwich, and the amazingly huge cookies.

I absolutely love this place..of I crave a sub I come here even if its across town. Its in a great location on Battlefield.they have it out East hence the name but they have Cordon Bleu..please try this place

The staff is always friendly and the food is high quality! I wasnt expecting the bread to be so fresh! I recommend that everyone try the fries and lemonade. I will definitely eat here again!

The Reuben sandwich was outstanding! The bread they have is killer. Fresh cut fries and hand squeezed lemonade both are equally important to add to your order. Man...those cookies.

Its not bad food, the Philly is comparable with others but as far as portion size versus cost, Im not sold. I wont lie though they can make a good Philly.
