Hey ive noticed the few times Ive went in that store that the manager older lady with short gray hair would see us as customers come in and she runs to the back and More than likely its a new kid at the left in the front area making our sandwiches. starting tomorrow me and my co workers are going to the potbelly by northtown in blaine because I know they want my service and they wont run away and leave new people in the front to make sandwiches they are nicer and are actually like their jobs. Poor store management

Edit as of 7-1-17: service has really gone down hill recently. Super slow wait times and its incredibly annoying. Go to Blaine. Worth the 20 minute drive. good food, service is spotty. new management is ok, but i really liked Dacias ability to make anything happen to make sure the customer had a good experience. Sometimes, none of the employees start a conversation with you, but most of them are kids so I can understand it being a little nerve racking. overall, pretty good place.

I went to Potbellys on my lunch yesterday around 12:00 on 8/8/17 the service is always great up until yesterday, I told the lady not to put tomatoes on my sandwich because IM ALLERGIC SHE PUT THEM ON THEIR ANYWAY, JUST RIDICULOUS IT WAS NOT A MISTAKE EITHER i WAS SO UPSET I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH A MANAGER.

First off the name "Potbelly" means pork as little piggies and baroque. Nope. The large Bigs sandwiches are smallish. No real taste with it. The shake had taste and was cold. No military discount it seems. The cashier doesnt know what u ordered until u tell them it in order to know the cost at the end.

I had the Big Italian sandwich and it was very good. I like that they toast their sandwiches. Service was good and very friendly. My only gripe is that the sandwiches are a bit smaller than I would have liked. The price was reasonable, however, around $6 for the sandwich and a cup of water.

Potbellys is one of my favorite places for lunch in the summer. The service is always fast here even during a very busy lunch rush. They have outdoor seating available as well as Live local entertainment at certain times.
