Been shopping here for many generations and just recently was extremely disappointed. Purchased food, got all the way home and realized I was over charged by more than $50. Was told that I needed to come all the way back for a refund and all I got was a simple apology and a refund once I got there. A few days later went to eat something that I purchased only to find a worm inside. Went back to the store yet again and all I got was a simple apology and a refund. When calling to complain to the owner, I was told there was nothing that could be done and they didnt understand why I was even calling to complain since the product was not made by them. Was also informed at the time that I could have simply got a refund over the phone and I didnt need to be wasting my time doing all that driving. When I continued to push the issue I was hung up on.Had never had a problem before this and was extremely happy with everything. Customer service is extremely poor when you have a problem with something.Would never recommend anyone to go there for their shopping needs. Not worth the drive.

Get in line? What line? Aside from the random taking of orders (relies on the good will of your fellow diners), the food is great. The subs are gigantic, tasty, and only the finest deli meat and vegetables are used. I never get the pasta because of 1) Its always bowtie pasta. 2) Since they have to cook it for you, the line moves slowly at that station. The deli counter and frozen section have great, albeit pricey stuff. They bake their own bread and it is the best. I drive from Summit Hill to Buon Giorno, get a sub, eat it and drive back inside a 40 minutes. I get there at 11:40. If you get there later the place fills up. They have started using numbers, but no one seems to see them, or take them. Old Buon Giorno had the number tickets and a now serving sign. That worked. Not sure why they changed.

Friends said this place was great, then family, then we had to try it. So we stopped in to the deli and got some veggie lasanga. This is by far the best veggie lasagna ever. If we could eat this for every meal, we would. When guests come over, we order a half-pan and pray that there will be some left over for the next day. When this didnt happen after a few times (because everyone has seconds and thirds - its that good), we began getting full pans. And the deli staff is so helpful. They always make sure we know how to reheat, they answer questions and make terrific suggestions for appetizers. Always delightful.

We arrived during lunch rush, waited over 15 minutes to be served. Some confusion over if there was a line, but the workers took other peoples orders and looked right over us. Then, order wasnt put in due to a "misunderstanding" and it took even longer! Service was horrible, food was ok, overall service was so bad I would never return, it just wasnt worth it. There were so many people behind the counter but only two were taking orders, everyone else putzing around. Very frustrating!

Not a good experience. The Stromboli dough was raw in the middle, making it inedible. Also, the tortellini salad had a few olive pits in it, by mistake Im assuming. This place is a little expensive comparatively so to throw half of it away wasnt cheap. I agree with others regarding the service. There appeared to be a clear line but the staff took orders randomly in front of us and behind us. The staff was also unfriendly. This place looks adorable but we wont be going back.

So a co-worker of mine told me about this place. I love Italian sandwiches, and just sandwiches in general. This place has the best sandwiches i have ever tried. Seriously check this place out. I cant wait to ride the motorcycle their and have a glass of wine and cheee on the patio!

Pretty solid food all around, but Ive waited here for a while after placing a takeout order. Several people ordered and were served after me before I realized they werent even making my order. They forgot? Go for the food, never the service.

Fun lunch or dinner spot. Casual cafeteria style ordering with a customized pasta bar. Virtually everything is made fresh when you order and theres also a market to pick up their Italian ingredients to make your own meals at home.

Good food, fast. Pasta bar is delicious. It would be nice to have it be a little cheaper for a lunch, but every once and a while it is worth it. Its a little deli market with lots of other things to purchase. Very nice!

Food tasted incredible, original flavor and bug portions. The environment of the restaurant/market its calm and well decorated. Would recommend for a quick lunch brake or a quick gathering with a friend.

A little more pricey than your average deli but proportionally tasty. Selection is narrow but consistently stocked with the specific items you would go there for (Italian frozen foods, pastries, etc).

Amazing. Ive only had Nikkis Club & the Roast Beef, but they are some of the best sandwiches Ive ever had. The pasta and chocolate cake was also worth the trip. Great job guys!
