Stopped here on Tuesday night around 8:35 pm with my family. They close at 9:00 pm. They had everything put away, cleaned up and had the pop machine turned off when we got there. I could tell they were not happy that we walked in there. The guy helping us was very rude and unfriendly. My kids wanted to get pop with their meal but the guy informed us they had already turned the pop machine off and he gave us the vibe that he didnt really want to turn on so I made my kids get an apple juice instead. My husband went to pay with cash and he made comment about us paying with cash. I am very disappointed with the customer service. Maybe the employees shouldnt be shutting everything down so early. I am not sure if we will go back there again. The food was good but I am all about the customer service and this time is was very poor!

Our family continues to enjoy Goodcents sandwiches at their location in Apple Valley and also when they deliver to sporting concessions in the area. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant always clean and most importantly the sandwiches are better / fresher than Subway, Jimmy Johns, Erbert & Geberts - you name the competitor they are better.. By the way - try the pasta it is very good !

Been there previously and it was good, slow but good. Lots of meat and better than Subway. Tried ordering online delivery today and it was 25 mins late with no warning and a phone number no one answered. The sandwiches once delivered did not have some of the ingredients ordered (like cheese) and very little meat (less than subway). Extremely disappointing.

We have Subway, Milios, Erberts & Gerberts, Jimmy Johns and Goodcents all within 5 miles of our house and I choose Goodcents every time! Better bread, fresher ingredients, and soda fountain that lets you add flavors to your drink - Lime Ginger Ale is hard to beat, but maybe Cherry Dr.Pepper.

Sandwiches with meat sliced fresh to order. staff with knowledge on the product, and a friendly store owner. Hard to beat with ingredients that have no nitrates or preservatives in any of the food. Veggies and toppings sliced fresh daily.

When to order for delivery shortly after 6 p.m. and they wont take my order. I wont be ordering from them ever again. Customer service must not be #1 on their list . They just missed out on a $30 order .
