If you like overcooked everything...this is your place. Fried Rice: You pay extra for fried rice, hoping maybe you might get some egg, onions, maybe tofu in it, nope, just overcooked white rice with soy sauce cooked into it. The rice was like cardboard and tasteless. Sweet and Sour Chicken: the chicken is way overcooked, almost like they made it earlier in the day and gave it to chef mike before serving (the microwave). To make things worse you only get about 3 small pieces of green peppers and 5 slices of rock hard carrots. The breading on the chicken is really hard and literally cut the roof of my mouth. Finally, the sauce was more sour than sweet...not to my liking. Beef and Pho: the noodles were overcooked and you could barely even separate them. The rest of it was average. The price: $20 for the two dishes was a little steep for the price. They give you a lot of food, which helps, but for the quality of the food I was not happy.

Worst Chinese Food I Have Ever Had. I ordered the dinner combo J. Which was supposed to be Chicken Chow Men. I got fried rice that looked and tasted like it was cooked the day before. The "Chicken" I got tasted just like turkey and there was barley and meat in the order. The sauce was very bland, and the noodles were uncooked? In my 28 years of life I have never had this bad of Chinese food. I ate the cream cheese wontons because those are hard to screw up. I dont recommend this place at all. I threw the entire meal away and ended up ordering pizza. JUST AWFUL

Small, casual, good menu! The Wife had a Chinese combo and noted that the beef was very tender, the veggies just right, and all very fresh, and tasty! She deemed it well above average. Now for mine- I had the Pho. Folks, I ate Pho all over the place in Vietnam during the war. This was, by far, near to the best Ive in the states. Few places get the broth just right leading to any amount of enjoyment after it is all thats left. This one had it right! Good to the last drop!

So many places drench their food in sauce and you could mash it with your tongue that its nice to find a place that doesnt. Sichuan is lighter on the sauce than most places, and thats a huge plus for me. Their General Tsos/sesame chicken is slightly crispy, as one would expect from deep fried food. The price point almost makes this place worth 5 stars.

This is my first time here. I live next street. And expcted better. Its just a simple place. Not bad. Prices are good. No complain. I ordered beef fried rice and it came in an appetizer plate. But amount of food wasnt bad. Being in st louis park where u dont have much options, they should improve their business style.

This is an okay Chinese restaurant. They have a good variety on the menu including Pho. The lunch specials are nice and its generally not too crowded. The quality of food is a little above average. Overall a decent place, though a bit small. I live close by so I frequent it a lot.

We recently ate lunch here and the service was good. The food was also fine except for the fried rice smelled like feet and was universally shunned by our table. Im not sure if it was old or just very oddly seasoned. Nobody got sick or anything but we wont be coming back.

The food was decent but you get what you pay for. Its very inexpensive so I really like this place. The food isnt the worst but I still do very much like it. The staff is very friendly too. They like to make conversation, were just not any other customer.

Got some sesame chicken here and it was delicious. My girlfriend says this may be our new "go-to" spot for Chinese food (we eat a lot of it). The service was quick and the gentleman at the counter was very friendly. I will definitely eat here again.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I like sweet and sour chicken. Sometimes it is perfect! Other times the batter comes off in the fryer and the chicken itself is fried and dry. :/ The cream cheese wontons are always lovely.

It took a little while, but not an unreasonable amount of time to get the food for takeout. Food was what Id expect for the price. It was really smokey inside though and now I smell like Chinese food...

The fried rice had no vegetables and very few flecks of egg. Minimal produce in the main dishes. Didnt feel healthy or taste good. Service was very pleasant.

Ordered pork lo mein, it was really good! Also got the Vietnamese egg rolls and they were good as well. Prices were reasonable, will definitely go back again.

For the price, Sichuan does a good job - the atmosphere inside isnt the best, but take out is the way to go. Their Sweet sour chicken or pork is my favorite.
