January 2012: This was simply an amazing Starbucks, probably the best one I have been in. The shop was very clean and very modern. In fact, I would say it was quite a bit different from your usual Starbucks. And to top it off, there are some excellent restaurants in the same area. Another plus is that there is plenty of seating, thus you dont have to worry about pesky students taking up all the spots. Update March 2013: Although I have moved outside of the immediate Twin Cities, I still manage to find my way to this Starbucks on occasion to meet up with friends. As stated before, this is probably still one of the best Starbucks locations that I have been to. I have also noticed that several of the employees are the same as before. Unfortunately, I have observed more and more students going here, but I suppose that is to be expected. Thankfully, the students do not flock to this Starbucks in abundance as of yet. Furthermore, it is significant to note that there is plenty of outdoor seating in the summer.

Service was quick, despite it being busy, Ill give them that. However, the place is filthy. I didnt even want to set my coffee down on the condiment/sugar/cream/whatever station because it was covered in napkins, sugar, and various other powders. Hardly any straws, had to excuse myself around another woman getting her own drink for one. Hoping to get a snack to hold me over until lunch at work today, I picked up a fruit and CHEESE thing, only to turn it over and find that it expires today. I brought this up to the cashier -- kindly! -- and he gave me a blank stare and said, "Okay?". Being that there were no other snack packs of this type (that I wanted, no big deal), I decided not to get it. I tried handing it to the cashier, but all he did was blink at me. You cant give people expired cheese and fruit! And clean the store!

Very loyal Starbucks customer and this was the worst experience Ive had so far. The employees were slow and my mobile order wasnt ready in the estimated time which would have been fine except for the fact that EVERY person in line when I walked in (5 minutes after I placed my order) received their drinks before I finally asked, politely, about my order. The barista gave me an attitude about how there were still two drinks ahead of mine, proceeded to roll her eyes and agree to make my drink. I wasnt asking for special service, just service consistent with what I get at every other location. Hopefully it was just a combination of bad timing and poor staffing selection otherwise, avoid this location at all costs.

Its Starbucks, so I got my regular mocha which tasted just like its supposed to. Like many strip mall coffee places, the seating layout was just... weird. Long hallway which makes you feel a bit like youre walking the gangplank looking for a spot to sit. My son and I found two high-top seats and learned a lot about the Arabica coffee cherry while enjoying our breakfast.

Im in here daily and theres a reason that I choose this store. The staff is great, very friendly and outgoing. Some of the staff members have even gone as far as to learn my drink/name even though I always do mobile orders. For a Starbucks, this place is and the people running it are a gem!

Great location! Great service! Not enough space for customers to sit and visit. One isle of chairs in front if ledge connecting the 2 tables for group of 4 in front to the 2 tables for 2 or less in back by restroom... Thats it. Only problem w/ this location

This location is a great spot. Friendly staff and updated seating which includes soft cushioned chairs. Dont be surprised if you see local law enforcement enjoying a coffee during break. Grab a snack and my favorite drink, Green Tea Latte with Coconut Milk.

Tabletops were dirty, the bar was neglected, and everything was cluttered in such a small, awkward space. Besides that, the barista agreed she could customize one drink, then upon delivery she backpedalled; not cool. Still, though, it does taste good.

Love this place! Today a very nice Police Officer "paid it forward". When I ordered my coffee it was already paid for! He has no idea how much Happy came from his simple act of kindness. I really needed that today.

The cashier was rude. Told me I was unable to have a simple drink that I get everytime (Cinnamon soy latte with powder instead of syrup). They still made it, but felt like I was a complete nusense.
