I wondered what kind of coffee shop would turn up next to Subway, and because of its location it is inundated with the odor of Subways yeasty baked bread. Not its fault. The service was friendly, if a bit dazed (my wife had to repeat her order). The interior was impeccably arrayed and well-maintained. The location is convenient (unless youre driving out of the parking lot and turning left onto either 28th St or Lyndale Ave). My coffee was average but I dont feel ripped off as I certainly got the caffeine content I was looking for.

Way overpriced. The tapioca tasted old/not fresh at all. I asked for extra and he gave me the same amount I would get at Sencha and I asked him to put some more in and he said he would have to charge me. I also asked for 1 single pump of chocolate and I was charged almost a dollar for it. It was over $6 for a medium. The customer service was terrible.

This is the best place to get boba tea anywhere in the metro region. Ive been coming here for 3 years and the staff are friendly and its rarely busy, great for taking a coffee or tea break! My one minor complaint is that they do play pop music over their IPA but if you bring your own tunes to listen to, then youre golden!

Pretty basic coffee shop, a lot like all the others in the area. There is a very small parking lot in front, but it is almost always full so street parking is really the main option. Theres a small seating area inside but its a bit too busy/open if you want to bring a laptop and do some work or read a book or something.

Cozy, unassuming shop. Some comfortable seating and outside seating. Ordered as espresso drink and got black coffee. Maybe my pronunciation of Breve or maybe baristas English skills. At any rate, coffee is good.
