Really bad service. Asked a waiter for some water (hadnt had any since the first glass) the waiter says "nope!" I wasnt sure if he was serious or not. He ended up coming back with the water but regardless it was unprofessional. Our original waitresses was great but we think she might have gone home. After half an hour of waiting around for her to come back a different waitress finally noticed us. It seemed like they might have been a little understaffed but it was a Friday morning at 6am so it wasnt exactly that busy. All in all it was just poor service. Food was fine as far as perkins goes.

Food was ok, nothing special, but exactly what I special ordered (hold the peppers) and always consistent. Wait staff was great, friendly, always had a refill of the "bottemless beverage" when my glass was almost done. And to be honest I was being one of those guys who takes up a booth for a long time after eating sitting on the wifi chugging soda refills.. All Perkins franchise free Wifi sucks. Difficult to connect and slow.

Showed up, waitress double dropped my ticket and I got charged an extra $30. Called management. Took 3 phone calls and sending copies of receipts through text messaging to prove I actually went into the restaurant. Over-drafted my bank account in the process. Management only offered to pay the difference. She kept her tip. And her job. Dont go late night and if you do, check your bank statement if Jessica is your waitress.

I went at night about 10pm on a Sunday night. As soon as I got in the smell was bad. To the left they had a vacuum and it smelled like dust and mold. Do they not wait til the customers leave before ruining their appetite? The waitress was nice but no eye contact on smile. I dont know about dats & evenings if the service is better.

My girls were there this past Saturday for a late night brunch and it disgusting! The food tasted awful. The pancakes were not even heated thoroughly. Aside from that, our silverwares were still covered with food! It was so disgusting we had to ask for plastic utensils! It will be my first and last at that place.

The manager had a big attitude when we went to order a slice of pie. Waiter didnt give us refills. She also never check in on us, when she gave us our food she also had a attitude like the manager. Not sure why they had so much attitude towards us, maybe because we were an interracial couple. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Been there many, many times; food is good, service is good, wait times are good. Even under load, they are more capable of handling the load, then some other locations capable with no load at all A would avoid late sat and Friday s though, to many drunks coming from DT sometimrs

Service is decent I guess but they messed up our order twice. Got ham in my girlfriends vegetarian omlet. How? I just cant trust whoever is in the kitchen anymore. Perkins is good in general at other locations. This is the only one Ive had troubles at. Wont be returning.

Arrived around 2am or 3am and was told that it would be a 15 minute wait but instead it took over half an hour. Seemed really understaffed for a Saturday night. Portion sizes have also dramatically decreased since they last changed their menu :(

We arrived there just after 11PM and were told they are only serving fried foods as they close at Midnight. It would be nice if they had their hours on Google! The waiter was friendly and helped us navigate to a 24/7 Perkins down the road.

Your food and service is always good But your egg dishes such as omelets are terrible.The so called scrambled egg looks like a thing piece of Styrofoam and tastes about the same. My guess is that your egg comes in liquid form in a bucket.

I always seem to forget how poor the food is here, chicken fried steak was like baby food, toast was soggy, American fries cold. Eggs were ok though. With coffee it came to $18. Money poorly spent!

As far as Perkins go this is as good as any. Convenient hours and location. Good service, decent food, decent prices. There isnt a whole lot I can say to enlighten anyone here so Ill end it here.

Been to different ones in the area. Food is good generally, service at Osseo, Anoka, Maple Grove was good but at Crystal service was well we dont go there any more. (The rating is for Crystal) .

Went there later at night. They said they were short staffed due to an employee not showing up. This caused service to be sporadic, but they made up for it by being apologetic and friendly.

Usually roll in around 3 am and order my usual standard 1900cals worth of pancakes. Other than the diabetes I gain each time, I highly recommend this location.
