I called in and ordered from the menue online. The deal I ordered is not what I received when I got the food. Even though the order was repeated back to me the way I ordered it. I called to ask why and they told me the online deal is wrong and they couldnt do anything about it. I asked for a manager and was told u was already speaking to him. I then asked for them to come get the order and refund me money and that was a no go. They hung up on me. The guy in the phone even went to the online site with my husband on the phone and saw the special and still had an excuse saying it was on for carry out which was not true at all. Charged my card with no problem though. Very rude, disrespectful, dishonest, and inconsiderate. Worst customer service ever. I will get my money back one way or another. It would sucks to go to court over food, but I was charged for food that I didnt receive with no option to correct the problem. Thats not legal by any means. I have ordered whit them for years. ....never again!!!!!!

Poor customer service and one of the worst pizzas and salads Ive ever had. I ordered delivery while at work. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. One and a half hours later I called them to find out they attempted to deliver my order but couldnt find my location. When they took my order they did not take a number to call me. They ask if I would still like to receive my order and I told them yes. In five minutes they arrived. I was offered no discount or coupon after waiting nearly two hours. The pizza was cold and the salad was soggy because it had been sitting in dressing for an hour or so. Even if it would have arrived on time it would have been disappointing. Plain, un flavorful, short on cheese and toppings. The salad was lettuce chicken and dressing.

Good luck actually getting pizza delivered from these clowns. I ordered pizza, waited like an hour and a half, and then when the delivery guy finally called he didnt even know the address he was trying to deliver to, and didnt know any of the nearby cross-streets (were literally 4 blocks away from the store). Finally, the delivery driver just hung up and we didnt hear back from him. About 30 minutes later, I just called up and canceled the order - wont be doing business here any more... and I see why its a pair of dice, now - its a crap shoot whether or not youll actually get your food.

I have ordered from this place about 5 times.. its my last resort when Im tired of everything else. I have always thought they were price, however the pizza is huge. I hate the fact I have to request extra sauce unless the pizza turns out dry. The cheese hardens quickly and when you request extra sauce it comes out too saucy. I also absolutely hate that it takes an hour or more for 1 pizza and ribs making this my absolute last resort. Its not worth the price or wait but it is better than most places in the area.

On friday/Saturday nights its a super busy business; I was on hold for a while, the delivery time was a little over an hour HOWEVER 100% completely worth it. The carry out special is the cheapest way to go. Rib tips FINGER LICKING GREAT, chicken wings the BOMB & like an earlier person commented if you like "Broadway Pizza", you will LOVE these guys

Ordered $40 worth of food for delivery. I was told it would be there in 45minutes to an hour now it is 2 and a half hours later still no food! When I call to see what happened they put me on hold for over 20 minutes and never come back to the phone. I have never had such an experience in my life. How can this place stay in business?

The food is everything, but customer service sucks. Ive been waiting 2 hrs for a delivery! I called and inquired about my order and it was totally wrong and staff was extremely rude about the situation. Im profoundly dissatisfied and Pair Of Dice will NOT continue to order from this particular restaurant. Thanks, but no thanks!

Not only do they have poor customer service! They have poor upper managemt/ownership that clearly lack business accumen. If your in the area order from sarpinos in new hope! This business will be closed in less than a year the way they continue to conduct business! Invest and train your people and your website!

They get a poor rating from me. I ordered a pop with my pizza an I never got it. I called multiple times to get my pop or money back an still havent received either one... Im a new customer.. Now they have lost all my business.. I will make sure I tell everyone I know that pair a dice pizza is a rip off...

hate the fact that I live right next door to this place and still get charged $18 for a pizza that costs $10.34/tax if I walked in wtf and to top it all off if u order after 10pm you cant pic up your food but clearly the postiing says closes at 11pm

Came in and ordered some fries and they hooked me up with some ribletts that were sbsolutly delicious ! Never expected that from a pizza place. The guys working in there were nice and friendly. I defiantly suggest every one try this place

This place has phenomenal pizza; It is very greasy though. If you like Little Ceasers, you may just want to spend the extra few bucks and picking up a great pizza. Ive never ordered delivery so I cant comment much on the service.

The pizza is delicious. Have to order rib tips I could eat them things all day. The fries are spicy no ketchup needed. Everything was great and the customer service was just as good if not better than the food. Love this place.

35 min. wait Very bad Customer Service sold me a burnt pizza and refuse to replace it.because when I 1st call I said it was cold and burnt,the manager focus on me saying cold instead of the whole sentence

Pizza is pretty good. Thin crust decent sauce. Sausage isnt spectacular, but not bad. A little slow for delivery, but super quick if you call ahead for pick up. No dining room, take out or delivery only.

Pizza was alright, not great, not bad, but not worth the $18 it costs either. Delivery guy literally told me I didnt look like their normal customer base, which I can only fathom what he meant by that.

Its one of the only pizza places that deliver to my area in Minneapolis. Pizza is outstanding if your looking for the "New York" type pie. The rib tips are legit as well. Definitely recommend them.

Great dive pizza. Greasy squares of goodness. But its the rib tips that keep me coming back. Get the breadsticks instead of the french fries. The carryout deals are terrific.
