I had a HORRIFYING experience here! PLEASE READ!! I never thought something like this would happen to me at a restaurant! Ive been here a handful of times before with family. The quality of the food has declined over the years, in my opinion. Service has always been standard for Chinese buffets. Tonight we had a party of 5 adults and two babies. Everything was fine until the end. Our server had been attentive and courteous, but someone in our party thought maybe gratuity was already included on the bill, so we didnt leave any tip on the credit card receipt or table. When we were getting up to leave, our server came over and said something to us but we couldnt understand his accent. He walked away before we could clarify. On our way out, we were going to ask him what he was trying to say, but he walked past us, went to our table, picked up a highchair and flung it at the wall. He went to an uncleared table next to ours and started knocking over chairs and throwing cups and plates. There were customers seated just a few feet away! We werent sure if he was mad at us or someone else, but the other employees just stood and watched. The host (who seems like the son or relative of the owners) was sighing and walking towards him, as if this kind of violent outburst was normal and expected from him. We didnt see what happened next; we left immediately for our safety. After we left I called the restaurant and asked what happened, fearing maybe it was something we did. The lady that picked up acted very unsympathetic and said "Hes just angry." I asked if it was something we did and she didnt give me a straight answer. Later we realized that our server was probably trying to tell us that gratuity wasnt included on the bill. Since we didnt leave any tip thats probably why he threw a fit. The worst part about this story is that the management appears to condone this sort of behavior among its employees, especially after reading several reviews about instances where servers harassed customers for tip. This was a traumatizing experience and never again will I return to this place! Please do not support this place!

Ok so I normally dont waste my time writing reviews good or bad on restaurants I just never go back if I have a bad experience. My husband and I went this last Friday night to ocean buffet and WOW. WORST buffet experience EVER! I would say about 75 percent of their food was kept stocked in the hour that we were there. I waited 40 minutes for them to fill the empty pan of shrimp and squid, and a few others and they were never filled. we got there 90 mins before closing too and it was pretty busy. Then, right before we left I went to use their ladies room. BIG MISTAKE. EVERY toilet had something nasty on it! TWO of them had smears of fecal matter all over them! And the others were wet with urine sprinkles! GROSS! Needless to say I didnt use the bathroom! I went and told the cashier lady that the bathroom was filthy and of course she didnt speak English (whats new) and had to get someone else to translate. I told them about the bathroom and she said "oh we will clean it when we close" and I said NO... you need to clean it now it is disgusting all of your toilets cannot be used. Then she told me "we always just clean it when we close at end of day thank you"....WOW! how filthy of an establishment! My Dad always used to say you can always tell how clean a place is by how clean the bathroom is... I cant imagine their cooking and food prep areas how unsanity and unsafe they are too!!!!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!

First off, you have to realize this is a Chinese Buffet. They come with the usual, slow wait staff, broken english, good and bad food. Now, if you want to fill your stomach with Seafood (specially if you like Crab or Baby Lobsters) then this is a pretty decent place. You need to know what to eat and what not to eat at Buffets. The Crab is pretty good (a lot of flavor in chinese style, not just boiled american style) and the Baby Lobster was good too. The Dim Sum (google it if you dont know) was ok: the breads were good but the shu-mai was dried out (it looked dried out so I didnt touch it), the Lotus Leaf wrapped Sticky Rice was pretty good too. The frog leg was nice and flavorful, yes it tastes like chicken. The pork rib was nice and soft and good as well. I did not touch any of the chinese "fast food" stuff, general tsao chicken, beef broccoli, etc etc. As I can get those in other places. Remember this is OCEAN Buffet, so stick to eating seafood and you will be satisfied. Although not the sushi as those looked tiny and dried up as well. The Pho was good, but make sure to tell them "just a little" of the rice noodles, otherwise theyll give you a huge portion. Stick with stuff you never tried, crabs, frog legs, fish, some of the pork stuff and youll be fine.

DO NOT IGNORE, MUST READ: My family and I come to this place once in a while and we ALWAYS tip. Tonight we did not because one of us paid for everyone so we were not sure if tip was already included on the bill. Our male waiter came over to mumble something about the bill which we didnt understand because of his broken English. So we decided we will head to the front and ask the host about the tip PLUS ask about what the waiter was mumbling about. Before we even made it to the front, he came to our table and threw the baby high chair ( that we used at our table) on the ground and was tossing cups/napkins/etc from the uncleared table behind us onto the ground like a kid throwing a tantrum. It was so unprofessional and embarrassing since there were other people still eating in the restaurant and he was doing it loudly too. So fearing for our safety, we went out the door as fast as we could and didnt even bother asking about the tip. With that kind of service, we will never go back again and will take our money & tips elsewhere. We do not condone this kind of behavior and service especially when we were just steps away from the flying high chair. Do not waste your time here and put your family at risk.

Worst restaraunt that Ive been to. Truly awful. First impression, I got out of car to smell a strong fishy scent in the parking lot. Upon entering the building, the smell only worsens and intensifies. We are seated without a word at a table that didnt appear to be cleaned from the previous customers. As we tasted different items from the buffet we were unpleasantly surprised. The chicken wing meat was a yellow/orange color. The king pao chicken, sweet & sour chicken, and the beef and broccoli were discolored, chewy, and cold with a strange taste. Nothing was good, but some things were edible. At one point, the waitress came by to collect dishes and dropped a shrimp casing onto a plate of food that was being eaten, and walked away. There seemed to be an excess of cross contamination, with food being scraped back into the warmers and food spilling into other containers of food. Many buffet items were mislabeled, such as cream cheese wontons - which were actually crab wontons. This makes a difference to someone like myself, who has a seafood allergy. We then received the bill and were forced to pay for the most putrid meal ever served.
