Came in for the lunch buffet Tuesday, February 23. When I came in the service was actually really good the waitress put out a fresh pizza and breadsticks as I requested even with only about 30 minutes left of the lunch buffet. There was a table of three service men in uniform having lunch, I asked the waitress to put their tab onto mine, I would like to buy them lunch she said OK. She then brought the gentleman over their tab and then walked away. Then when she came back over to collect plates they asked about the tab and she said that she has two stepbrothers in the military that just moved to Colorado and it was the least she could do and appreciates their service. She took credit for purchasing their lunch even though I was the one that purchased their lunch. I think it is completely ridiculous that she had the audacity to take credit for purchasing those gentlemans lunch she said it as if not to let me hear it. Because of this I will no longer be a customer of pizza man restaurant. This is the most disrespectful thing I have ever seen a waitress or waiter do.

I really want to love this place...but the customer service continues to be lacking. I ordered pizza for delivery tonight and was told it would be here within 40 minutes...Now, an hour and 38 minutes later...still no pizza or phone call with an update. I called to see what the delay was and was met with..."Well, theres nothing I can do about it." *Update: Now 1 hour and 55 minutes...still no pizza. One hour and 15 minutes BEYOND the quoted time of 40 minutes which already seemed a bit long. **Second update: Just called to cancel the order and get my card refunded...But now get a canned message that says: "Your call has been forwarded to an automated vpice message system..five times in a row. This started happening after I called to check on the status after an hour and 20 minutes. The only reason for 2 stars is we do really enjoy their pizza. The service ruins the experience entirely, however. Spend your pizza money elsewhere. They dont care about your business. Beyond frustrated, beyond disappointed. You are capable of better customer service, Pizza Man.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!! I have NEVER encountered a business with worse customer service! Not only were we charged twice for our pizza (keeping in mind youd literally have to ring up an order twice for that to happen) I was told it would take 2-3 WEEKS for a refund, it has been over 3 weeks now and havent received it, when I called they told me their manager "wasnt taking calls" and the sad excuse for a customer service employee proceeded to yell at me and tell me that they dont know whats going on with my refund And hung up on me. Still have yet to receive any sort of apology for charging my card twice which overdrafted my account! Again dont waste youre money, obviously they dont understand what stealing is.

I was delivered the wrong pizza. I called to tell them, the lady said it would be another hour or so and that they needed the original back. I told her my daughter is hungry and would be having due to this pizza being late. The woman literally said, "Well what are you looking for," in very unpleasant tone. Here she was getting upset at me for calling to let them know that I got the wrong pizza that was delivered late. I told her I really cant believe you are treating like this and could she get the manager. She responded," I am the manager". WOW!!!!! I dont understand how u can treat someone like that. You would think they would care more about service and hospitality.

Late night carry out disaster. 1 other person in restaurants and a silenced phone line and yet 3 items on a single order and they managed to get it wrong..heck, I walked out with a half eaten pizza of which was wrong...they came and grabbed me to correct it AND yet when I get home, I find out the wings I order was wrong too!! Smh and to think I even tipped them thinking it would be a great place to eat. 1st time there and definitely last time eating there also. Pizzas were ok at best if anything. Nothing too overly special.

Pizza isnt bad but man or man are the staff slooooooooooowwwwwww! Took 5 minutes to get a guy to understand my basic address. And then we got to ordering my pepperoni and mushroom pizza and that was way tooo much to handle. And I gave up. Half an hour later some kid shows up with nothing like what I would have ordered and when I send him away he calls me like did I get the wrong address or what and Im just like its not my job to help you do yours. Figure it out. I dont want the pizza.

Dont order pizza from this place, pizza taste bad, we live 0.5 miles from this pizza place, we were waiting 1.5 hours for delivery and were missing 1 chicken wing, we called to the place the customer service was terrible the worker was calling us annoying, this place is a joke we called to get our money back, and we got insulted

My favorite pizza besides pizza Luce. Glad they finally have a buffet, but having a waiter hovering around really bothers me. Buffets should be self-serve..i dont mind standing up to refill my water. They wont let you pay first, so you can enjoy the food without having to worry about the bill/tax/tip.

Tasty pizza in recently upgraded digs. Full pizzas are a little expensive, but the lunch buffet is the best value here. The remodel has solved the only previous criticism, which was limited counter space causing a limited buffet selection. Now there is plenty of room and more options for lunch.

Good food, quick service. Can be a little expensive for delivery, but their lunchtime carryout or dine-in buffet is very reasonably priced. Has a very retro pizza joint feel to it and a really nice environment including a retro Pac-Man table. Highly recommend trying it at least once!

I always judge a quality pizza on whether there are canned or fresh mushrooms used. .. Pizza Man uses FRESH! Theres also no other flavor-enhancers used i.e. "garlic butter". Great ingredients give great taste. My favorite vegetarian pizza.

The food was good but the server was extremely rude. They brought our food out ten minutes apart. They seemed under staffed and Im sure that contributed to her attitude but its still not a good excuse to be rude to customers.

The lasagna is never done in the time they tell you. I just waited 50 minutes, when they told me a half hour. My complaint is, dont tell me a half hour if its gonna be nearly an hour. Just say, Its gonna be an hour.

We attended a youth hockey end of the year party, and it was a great experience! The food was great, staff was so attentive to the kids and parents. We look forward to dinning there again!

Ok food / good prices / happy hour 3-6 packed :( & 9-11 not packed :) only ones here at 930pm on Saturday night thats why 4 stars / enjoying good times with wife & kids love it!!!!

We came because a birthday !! Amazing food and staff. Omg. The buffet is incredible !!! Loved it!!! Best buffet ever. Pizza. Pasta. Soups. Salads. Wow!!
