Today, February 6th 2015 around 6p.m or so my oldest son wanted to take his family out to eat. His family consist of four siblings, myself (Mom), Stepdad and Grandmother So all together there was a family of Eight. I ordered a Starter Platter (Three Orders) to get us going while we got our order together and waited for our food. With our Platters, We received our drinks that consist of, Three Mello Yellos, one Lemonade, three Sprites and one Orange juice. My daughter was the only one that got a lemonade. We ate the platter and was now sipping on our drinks and chatting. We were also now waiting on our food to come. In the mist of sipping and chatting, My daughter got our attention and informed us that there was a bug floating in her drink. I was instantly DISGUSTED. We all started to search our drinks to see if we had something floating in our drinks. God FORBID that my two youngest children had a bug in their drink because theyd drink it all. their cups had lids over them. No one else seen anything floating because A. Their drinks were gone already or B. They didnt pay attention. I search my drink and low and behold...something was ALSO floating in my drink! By this time we are ALL DISGUSTED and ready to go. My fiance goes to get the manager and when she finally came to our table, she asked what the problem was. I let her know what the issue was and she mentioned that they were cleaning the drink machine in the back and that she thought she got it all out...???...Then she goes on to say, "I seen them in there earlier BUT I thought I cleaned them all out". WHAT!!! "Seen what?", I asked her, "The BUGS!". She says "Yeah". ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME!!! and she was the manager. Our Hosts already had an attitude from the moment we walked in and was seated. Her name was Clorissa or Corissa-something like that. The manager did however discount the food for the poor service but that was after I had to tell her that the way they handled things were very UN-sanitized and nasty. And not to mention that my whole family was there to eat. How can you see some BUGS and assume that you cleaned the machine. That meant for extra cleaning and sanitation. Myself and my fiance use to frequent this Perkins and we have NEVER received any service so damn BAD! The people they have their now are irresponsible, DIRTY and RUDE! the host that we had as well was being really rude when we were leaving. She was so worried about whether we paid for the Platters or not. She DID NOT care that there were BUGS in our drinks! The manager DID admit to seeing bugs in the machine. The host (Who is bald headed and wear big hoop earrings) was very delusional and acted oblivious about the whole thing. When I was out the door, she said...behind my back (that I did not hear) "Are you mad?". YOU DAMN RIGHT IM MAD! Myself and my family had to go to THREE different restaurants before we made the decision to go to Perkins. My daughter actually let me know that the host made such comment. I wanted to show her how mad I was but she stayed in the back while the manager and every other employee talked for her. The CUSTOMERS are ALWAYS right! and that host needs to understand and realize that. We were naturally eating at, Chilis-they were packed! We went to Buffalo Wild Wings-they were packed and they were all watching Hockey. We went to TGI Fridays-PACKED! So Perkins was NOT our first choice. We only went because all the GOOD restaurants were full and had a 30-45 minute wait. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to eat at this Perkins. The service is BAD. The hosts are RUDE and their food is TAINTED. If we get SICK we are SUING! I will be CONTACTING the Better Business Bureau and OSHA! that was just....UGH!

Worst experience ever. Weve been to this Perkins location plenty of times and have never experienced anything like we did tonight. We basically paid $40 for my boyfriend to eat a baked potato and a salad for myself. Our first server was awesome, I wish she would have been our server all night but we were handed off to someone else who never checked on us once. Didnt even acknowledge our presence. My boyfriend ordered a steak; rare. We understand this isnt a steak house but that shouldnt have been so difficult. He had to walk up to the manager and ask for a new steak and all he did was argue with us. No one checked on us even when we set our empty cups out to be refilled. When I asked the manager who our server was he acknowledged it was the man who hadnt helped us. When I said that he wasnt attentive the manager made up an excuse and dismissed it. When my boyfriend received his remade steak it was so rare he couldnt eat it. It wasnt even bleeding and cold as ice in the middle. The manager didnt comp anything for us and when we asked for the receipt with the survey on it he hesitated to give it to us. Horrible, horrible, horrible. We will not be back anytime this manager is on site. Deeply disappointed.

My Husband and I went to your Perkins last night about 6:30 for dinner. When we arrived we were greeted by the hosts/waitress and she was ready to seat us since 3/4 of the restaurant was empty. She was then told to wait until "they" catch up. So she took our name and we sat down next to 4 young people who were also waiting for a table. Then 2 ladies came in after us and 5 minutes later another couple showed up. We were all very perplexed as to why we were not being seated when there were plenty of seats and there were people paying their bills and leaving. After about 15 minutes the young people left and shortly after we left. Apparently Perkins had made enough money for the day and did not need our business. I dont know if anyone else left, but I am sure Perkins lost about $100.00 in business and the wait staff lost some needed tips! Terrible customer service!!!!!! You dont even deserve a 1/2 Star

My friend Ray and I walked into this Perkins 15 minutes ago. It was exactly 8:55 pm, not late. No one was at the front counter. We waited for about 7 minutes. During that time we called out "Anyone here!" Still no one responded. I then walked into the kitchen area to see if anyone could wait on us. There was a girl in the kitchen area in nicer clothes. She was busy cleaning. She responded to me by saying "Can you not come back here".There was no: "Im sorry I didnt mean to keep you waiting." She then proceeded to argue with me on the way to the booth, where my friend was already sitting down. She ended up throwing our menues down on the table! We then got up and left and went somewhere else. Terrible service and lousy attitude. I know a little something about business. This girl needs a definite refresher course in customer service!

My family and I came to this Perkins at around 9PM after our long road trip back from Duluth. And well, I felt bad for our server. She was basically the only one doing anything in the restaurant. The restaurant was sorta packed, and there was like two more waitresses who werent doing anything. We were served smaller cups of water compared to other tables around us. And the food took a long time. We waited probably 40-50 minutes for our food. I ordered a burger. It was tasteless, and the patty was dry. My sister had the salmon, which was overdone. Water refills took forever, yet again, because one server was doing everything. Some other customers around is were leaving without getting their food because it took too long. Thats sad. :(
