My sisters roommate was just in there to get a medication that was desperately needed for her mobility. Not only was the medication a week late because when called the first time the pharmacist on shift was too lazy to check it, but when she got there (after being told it had been ready for a few days now) she was treated rudely. As she was leaving (after switching pharmacies during the transaction) she overheard the pharmacist who had been helping her say, loudly I might add, "Well she seems to be walking fine" in a very snotty tone. She just so happened to be having a semi-okay day where she only had a slight limp. That was the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. She was in an accident that causes her constant extreme pain and she will be in a wheelchair by the time shes 30. These pills are something she needs twice daily just to function like a normal person. She struggles daily to walk as normal as possible, this is something that causes her to be self conscious every time she is in public. Then after we called in to complain we were told that the pharmacist said "would you like your receipt?" You do not get those two mixed up, that is not what the pharmacist actually said. They were just trying to cover their own a**. I have had issues with this locations behavior in the past; not everyone there is terrible, there are a few who are fantastic. Unfortunately the great ones are far outweighed by the bad ones and so today they have lost three customers.

Its very sad that Cub dont screen their employees better or they just dont care about customer sevice as most of these stores are community based employees. The people in the bakery area are very rude and lazy. Last weekend I stopped there for franch baguette and it took about 10mins just to get a chance to ask if they had any as I didnt them on the floor displays. This morning 1/1/2017, went there to pickup 2 dozen bakery goods for the seniors at church and one of the ladies was not too happy about it. She told me why did I do that, now she has to restock again. She wanted me to order ahead. How was I supposed to know what was on the availability list as I was on my way to church, and why do Cub have the boxes on the display shelf if they dont want to sell it by the dozen(s)? I want it fresh and not day old bakeries. I dont want to mention names, to get anyone fired over donuts just disappointed. Im a very active community member in my area and would hate to see anyone get in trouble. Lets start the New Year on the right foot in 2017 Cub Foods!

Worst experience ever been a long time customer. I was was told his name was Jeff, about 6 foot tall, skinny, dark hair Caucasian white male, unshaven looks like hes in his fortys! Walked away multiple times until I have up and asked! I gave him a reason why I needed the item it was for my father who had just came out of the hospital and that all he can eat so this jerk Jeff says he didnt need to here that rolled his eyes and looked away! Well if only you stocked the items correctly and not block it I wouldnt be asking you period! Jeff gave me 2 and I said that I needed more than 2 and that I needed 6 total so he grabs them and tosses them at me, I almost dropped all 6 boxes and was able to prevent the boxes from falling on the ground. I go to the cashier to checkout so cashier Aaron looked sicker than a dog wiping his running nose with his hands and ringing up my items. Really!? You couldnt open up your self check out lanes and we have to deal with this! Come on totally unprofessional! Rude! Racist! Prejudice!

Regina, the cashier, is an absolute nightmare. She is rude, condescending, and mean for no reason. She specifically looks for ways to annoy the customer. She would not take my $5 bill that had a small tear on it, even though both serial numbers could be read on it in their entirety. Had I had time to bring the manager over, I would have, but I was on my way to work. As I was telling a co-worker about it, he had a similar experience with Regina, when checking out at the fast lane, where she came over and yelled at him for choosing the wrong type of tomato he was ringing up. Instead of being the Cub Food Nazi and just waiting to be able to ruin a customers shopping experience, she should work on her customer service skills. If I have to go to that Cub again, I will be sure to avoid her like the plague!

The manager(s) need to train their cashiers to have a better customer services. I like to shop here because its on my way home but many times I have very poor services. The cashier (s) looks angry and rarely greeted me. Its almost like you are begging for them to check your products out. Many thoughts ran through my head...could have been my race, the cashier does not want to be there to work, or that is just the way he/she is (poor attitudes). With that said.......I always like the ladies that work at the Floral area. Tess and Pa, they are both wonderful...very creative and friendly. Its people like these two that brings me back to the floral department.

If youre in line at the deli make sure you have a cub id badge if you want to be waited on.the one gal behind the counter just looked at me and the two other people and just kept slicing meat for the display ,the other girl came out of the back room after 4 minutes and helped the cub employee who walked up and stood next to me without even asking if someone was helping me.I turned to one of the other people waiting and said that you must have to work here to get waited on and then thats when someone finally asked if I needed help.

The worst Cub Food I ever went to. I was there one time and theres this one cashier who just turn off her lane just when its about my turn to ring up my items. Then theres another time where I went to use the fast lane checkout. As I was about to pay for my item their computer crash so I try to signal for help. There are two employees standing near the exit and pretend they did not see me signal to them. It literally took me 10 minutes to get someone to fix the computer until I could get out of there. Such disappointment indeed.

Me and my sister went there today and the cashier Katrina was throwing my sisters chips after scanning it. My sister asked her politely if she can stop throwing her chip and the cashier rudely told my sister that she wasnt. When we were going to walk out of the store I asked a worker if she work there because I needed something from the customer service place. And she didnt even let me finish my question and she said " I work here but Im on break" and walk past me without letting me finish my question. Bad customer service...
