My brothers, sister, boyfriend and I came here tonight at about 11 pm. When we got there, the waitress told us we had to wait 10 minutes... The restaurant was empty aside from two tables. In that time, she did not check on the tables she had and was in the kitchen, god knows why. A couple was trying to pay for their food while another couple came in to dine. We were all waiting there awkwardly and looking at each other like, what is going on for the next 15 mins. The waitress finally comes back and stated that she was sorry, shes the only waitress on... So we forgave her and she seated us. She asked what we wanted to drink, and we did not see her for another 20 minutes. Our group and the other couple who got seated at the same time as us were looking at each other like, "seriously?! What could she possibly doing in the back?!" she finally came out with our drinks and did not give us a chance to order food. She said shed be right back, didnt see her for another 10 mins. Eventually, she got our order... And 30 minutes passes... Keep in mind, the one table that was here before us was long done and she completely forgot about them. We kept hearing her laughing loudly in the back and we saw her go to the bathroom two times. Im sorry but when youre a waitress, your tables are top priority, no matter what!! So she comes out with the food and my sister noticed she was missing something she ordered. So she asked the waitress if she could get it and she said she would be right back... She never came back. She remained in the back until we went in the front to pay our bill. I left a $2.00 tip, and I think thats even too much. That was the worst service Ive had had in my entire life. Ask anyone from that night... I work in food service, and I usually cut everyone A LOT of slack but not this time. This lady needs to find a different job. She obviously thinks break time is more important than us... This trip to perkins could of taken maybe 35 minutes, but we were there for two hours, got there at 11 pm and walked out at 1:10 am. And there were only 3 tables.

If you want to wait for an hour before the food even makes it to your table, this Perkins is perfect for you. We should have learned our lesson the first two times weve come here. Never again! It was 2pm during the week. A few people eating, not busy by any means. We waited more than 5 minutes before even being acknowledged, let alone seated. The waitress took our drink order right away, and upon returning we told her we just needed another minute to decide. She then proceeded to take a partial order of another person who had just arrived, then ten minutes later the order of another couple who had just been seated. She then returned with food from the partial order of the that first table, and started taking their complete order. All this time (about 25 minutes) our family, with a hungry 4 yr old in tow, watched in disbelief. It was as if we were invisible. I dropped a $5 on the table for the drinks and we brought our business elsewhere. So if you have an entire afternoon with nothing better to do, come to this Perkins and you can easily kill two hours sitting, hungry and ignored, in a booth.

We go here when we visit our family. The last few times service has been terrible. Today was the worst! Our table was filthy, SALT WAS ALL OVER, IT WAS STICKY, even the menus were sticky! A group of gentlemen were in a small section sitting right next to a bucket that was catching drips from the ceiling WHILE they were seated there! The restaurant was very empty & they definitely had other sections for them! The restrooms were barely clean & did not small clean. The door to the restroom was all sticky too! The walls of the stalls were smeared like the cloth used to clean was never rinsed or soap even used! The last 3 times we have come in , no one is there to greet us and we waited several minutes for anyone to even look out of the kitchen to see if they had customers!! I will choose Panera & pay more or go to the cafe!

I and my family was in after 8 pm the facilty was not horrible busy but too busy for one waitress to handle. We caught the on duty manager on her personal cell phone during our visit and not helping the waitress out. After being seated we waited for a long time before our beverage order was taken, the we figured out our order and still waited another long time in order place our order and to recieve our beverages. Weve used this location several times with hardly with no incidents, and weve always had great service.

As far a perkins go this is as good as it gets. Five stars rated on the curve of major chain family restaurants. These people are nice and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. The fellow patrons there are always quiet and much classier than that of the oakdale or maplewood restaurants of similar type.(must be the area). I recommend if you have picky kids tuesday and saterday they eat for free. Otherwise go to the tavern its just a half mile away and no one else in town can touch them.

5 stars on the food tonight, except for that fact another customer was given my order walked out and came back in and delivered it to me, in the lobby.The lady at the front, maybe a manager, needs to be sent home. I have never had bad service here until tonight, she didnt even look up from her pile of receipts. I feel like i should apologize for coming in tonight, it was obviously a huge inconvenience. If there is any way I can come back and tip the cooks let me know.

Came here at midnight. Waited 15 minutes to get seated. One person staffed to wait every table. The waitress either didnt sleep or high on drugs. People at tables walked off because food took forever to be served. Stayed to get food and everything fried was overcooked or double cooked or leftovers recooked. Definitely feel ill after eating their food. I would avoid this place at all costs...

Service does seem to be slow, as echoed by other reviewers. Have never had a problem with the food though. The inside could use some cleaning and updating however. There are a few gluten free options but nothing to write home about. Kids eat free on Wednesdays and Saturdays!

In general I like Perkins because of their menu and this Perkins has a good kitchen but we havent had the best experience with their wait staff. It could be the time of day we are going generally week day evenings. Somewhat of a disappointment.

I love the food here! And the pies are amazing too. However, it sometimes takes a long time for a host to get you a table. The last 3 times Ive been here it takes over 15 minutes to someone to even notice that youre waiting to be sited!

Terrible, were the one if 2 tables ordering, and it took 1 hour to get cold food, wait staff decided to clean the floor around our table as were eating! Like you couldnt do the after our visit ! Ill never be back discusting
