I only return to this Panera because its close to my office. The food is *usually* good, but the staff is unknowledgeable, poorly trained, and so very slow. I only use the kiosk to order so I dont have to interact with them and wait for them to slowly take my order. Today I ordered a flatbread and selected extra frizzled onions. Get flatbread, no onions. And one time I got home from picking up a bagel to find that it was burnt. Get it together, Panera. Had to come back and change this to one star because today I didnt have enough time and decided to go through the drive through. Stephanie took my order, which was supposed to be two tomato mozzarella flatbreads with extra frizzled onions. She read it back to me, two barbecue chicken flatbread a with extra frizzled onions. I corrected her, and when she read it back again it was two tomato mozzarella flatbreads with extra mozzarella and no frizzed onions. Seriously what the heck is wrong with these people?

I usually go to this Panera every morning to grab my Americano and the occasional breakfast sandwich so the people working the drive thru have gotten to know/recognize me. Today I went over lunch to order some soup and coffee and as I pulled up to the window I realized that I forgot my wallet at home! The woman working the window told me not to worry about it and that they would take care of it for me today and to just pay it forward. I was so surprised and fully expecting to have to run home to get my money. It is things like this that make loyal customers even more loyal. They provide wonderful customer service and what happened today was very refreshing in the world we live in today. Thank you!

Walked in around closing time, went to use the restroom and was stopped by the "manager" who asked me what I was doing, I told him I was using the restroom, he then accused me of using DRUGS in his bathroom! I was shocked with the accusation so I laughed it off. He then became very confronational using offensive words and extremely offensive body language and I felt threatened and left before it got out of hand. Needless to say, I wont ever visit that location again. That type of behavior coming from a MANAGER is completely unacceptable... Disgraceful. Karma will bite that guy in the a** soon enough..

Panera Bread is conveniently located for a spot to grab a quick lunch or have coffee with a client. We had the Chipotle Chicken with gouda cheese, avocado, and spicy mayo. It was a fantastic sandwich. The atmosphere is very relaxed and a great setting to sit and chat with long lost friends, clients, or else your significant other on a mini date. The staff is very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the menu items! An all around great experience.

Cleanliness if restaurant was terrible. Greasy tables, crumbs and food all over the floor. Not one table was clean. The food was fine however the general cleanliness of the dining room only makes me think the kitchen in which you cant see is as dirty but most likely worse than the dining room. I wont be returning to this location.

Great service! We ordered online, but the order didnt show up at the store. While I went to get my phone to show them, they made up the meal for us. The order never charged my giftcard & yet they said theyd cover the meal. Such helpful/ kind staff!

It was late, but the staff seemed disorganized. No decaf coffee at 8pm. The order kiosks needed rebooting. One was frustrated that I wanted decaf so late, because a new put needed to be made. I like Panera, but this visit was less than stellar.

Its Panera-just like the others. But this location seems a bit small. And the floor was pretty dirty by 11 a.m. I typically have a bacon turkey bravo and it was good here but the turkey was folded over, rather than spread out.
