As far as food, its good. Usually. Occasionally itll be old from just sitting there. Just ask how long for a new batch. Cream cheese puffs are really good. Customer service usually pretty alright. All in all it gets about 3 stars. The reason I gave it 2 was because the manager isnt the best and isnt on top of things. Months ago I ate here, I wanted my sides cream cheese puffs and ended up with egg rolls. Called in and the manager said next time you have to watch what they put and that was that. No apology or nothing. Recently my daughter applied to work here.. First they werent getting her app, so he said just come in and apply. He said that more than once. The first time my daughter needed to confirm the time so she called in asking to speak with him. The women said he was too busy to come to the phone and he may be too busy for the rest of the day? My daughter got a call from another job so she just left it alone. Second time around, he scheduled her to come in to look over the application she put in (3 months later) and when she arrived she was told he wasnt there, he must have FORGOT? Not acceptable. This manager isnt getting things done clearly, he was short staffed and busy when she went in for the interview. I believe this managers name is Dave. I understand things come up but he never even gave a call back to apologize, reschedule, etc. looking for a job here, pick another location

Food was decent, not sure if it had been there for a while our if it was a little over cooked. Asked for spicy, and Id swear the soy sauce had more kick. People are friendly enough but seem like they are in a hurry to get to something else to do rather than speak with customers, even to the point of interrupting your question more than once answering what they assume you are asking. Pretty sad when you have to try and ask a question five times before they let you finish it. Probably would have given one star but the Asian noodles were actually really good, better than either the chicken or beef.

Walked in on a Sunday at 7:45. There literally was nothing to choose from. The two cooks were goofing around in the back as the people in the front were pleading with them to get some food cooked. The people in the the front were very kind and offered me a free drink after I stood and waited for almost 30 min for orange, Peking, and fried rice... It was not busy, it was a basic order, i suggest a kitchen meeting with your cooks...

We think the food is good. My 9 year old thinks its the best food ever. We always get sesame chicken (at least 5-6 times in the last year) but this evening it was SO spicy. We couldnt even finish it, I think the store may have messed up with which chicken was which at some point... Get a sample before you pick, otherwise you may just end up wasting money. So other than a $$$ loss this time, its a pretty good place.

This is been the worst Leeann Chin Ive ever been into in my life fortune cookie for the childrens meal its chewy theres no crunch to it the bourbon chicken is salty and tastes burnt and the orange chicken has too much sauce the rice and looks over cooked very bad experience

Horrible food. I went there with few of my friends and we asked for something spicy, we were told Mongolian Chicken is spicy which was actually very sweet. They ruined our dinner. How can someone not understand the difference between sweet and spicy!

excellent chicken curry soup, super friendly staff. A++ no rush, food excellent, all looked inviting. Had 2 different entres, both excellent! ! AND the serve soft serve frozen yogurt! ♡♡Doesnt get any better than that!@ :)
