My boyfriend and I were contemplating on whether or not we wanted to go to Panda Express or Leeann Chin (theyre across the street from one another). We decided to go to Leeann Chin. Almost from the moment we walked in did we receive poor customer service (from one employee in particular). Only one of the employees working acknowledged us as we walked in, mind you of the two working, she was the one on the register, not the older woman who was dishing out the food (and was closest to us). From there it went downhill. I placed my order and my boyfriend placed his but had to wait for one of the entrees to be made fresh (which is fine). The older woman still hasnt acknowledged us, has walked away a couple different times not making any interest in wanting to help us. She then comes back at one point with the entree my boyfriend had ordered which she assumed was for me and put on my plate (again, we could have just taken his entree out and put it on a plate for him). Instead, the older woman began to argue with the other girl working, who had taken our order originally, in front of not only my boyfriend and I but now three other customers behind us because she didnt know who the entree was for BECAUSE she didnt make an interest to help us earlier. The woman then started getting an attitude with my boyfriend and I on what to do with his entree (not that hard to just take it out and put it on a new plate for him...) Were now probably 10 minutes in to placing our order. At this point I was fuming with anger at how unprofessional and rude the older woman was to her employee and her customers. We decided to say screw it and walk out because of how bad this woman was handling the situation. As we were walking out she tried to yell "no, no, no dont leave!" Im sorry but not only will I not enjoy the food that was poorly served to us, but Im not paying for it. We walked out and drove across the street to Panda Express. It was delicious and the service was great :)

Food was nice although the orange chicken was very sour and untastefull. Also the manager was very bossy and and wouldnt let my friend get the food because he was 23 cents off. She was very loud and was yelling about something getting dirty. And Disturbed our conversations.

Very nice server! Made sure my good was super fresh without me having to ask! And loaded my plate up just like they used to (back when I first started eating here) Also veeerry friendly staff and told me about the app and rewards that come along with using it :D

I just literally left this Leeann chin , & I must say its the BEST one I ever been too, all the staff were cool the Asian girl was serving me an was very polite she treated me very well and I got all my moneys worth outta this restaurant !! I recommend

I used to love Leeann chins. But I ordered some of the delicious Bourbon chicken and found it to be raw. This has happened at this location and the on in Midway. Raw chicken is not something Im going to mess with.
