poor everything! First item was a hamburger - oozing with mayo and ketchup. Could not hold it as it was so messy. Flattened bun. Looked terrible. Chicken sandwich was horrible too - rotten looking bun and oozing with junk out the sides. Needed a fork to even begin to eat it. Fries were cold in the middle. Employees clearly did not want to be there. They stood around looking at each other while three SEPARATE customers were waiting for service. Apparently it takes two employees to deliver one blizzard. We were only ones sitting waiting for food- but I had to wave down the server as she walked past us TWICE with out food. She apologized and said she did not see us. Open your eyes then - there were only three tables with people sitting at them - the other two had food already. Worst ever.

Culvers has ruined DQ for me. The "ice cream" at DQ has almost no flavor and is just soft serve, meaning its just whipped air pretty much. Even the chocolate isnt that good. Ordered a Reeses blizzard and its nothing like I remember them being. The custard at Culvers is 1,000,000% better than anything DQ puts out. Nice looking modern restaurant here thats always busy in the summer. Food is just OK but I would heavily recommend heading up Hwy. 5 just a bit to Culvers just off Prairie Center/5/Technology Drive. WELL worth the 2 minute drive there.

Gone to this location a handful of times and each time proves to be the worst DQ experience. Unbelievably long waits, poor construction making it impossible to get out of any parking spot if theres a line at the drive thru, poor service, Blizzards are never fully mixed, and today I got a dilly bar that was melted in the bag when handed to me. I love DQ but this location is in desperate need of a facelift. New management and parking lot construction PLEASE.

My go to Dairy Queen just became my future last resort. Pulled up to the drive through at 10:55 and no one was taking my order. Proceeded to walk inside at 10:57 (store closed at 11) and the manager said they couldnt do my order. Nothing irritates me more than not tending to your customers. My one blizzard was too big of an inconvenience for the crew that would rather go home than make a happy customer. This will go to corporate also.

I hate to give a bad review, but this place is so different from any other DQ Ive been to. They need to work on service and speed. The wait times at the drive thru are sooooooo long. Its notjing to wait 15 to 20 minutes every time. Rarely an apology for the wait because its absolutely expected there. Went to the drive thru in Edina, completely different experience. Perhaps they need more staff and better management...?

We find this DQ to consistently be the slowest that we have gone to over about 3 years. Also, the skimpiest. I just got a small Hot fudge sunday there today. It had a thin half inch band of hot fudge just around the lower portion. Nothing on top, Nothing underneath. We have gone here off and on for a few years but after this last straw, will be going to the Glen Lake from now on.

Going downhill quickly I feel. Sat in line for 15 minutes in the drive thru and the line did not move. The same person just sat there waiting to order at the speaker. I was still 4 cars deep at the time I left. No guessing how much longer it would of taken. There were also other cars with my same thoughts. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because I worked there 12 years ago.

We came here for lunch I was one of the first people in line and that place was packed but people at the end of the line got there food before I got mine. And once I got mine my chicken sandwich was cold and my ice cream was melted and they wouldnt give me different ice cream. I waited and hour for the food

Its a DQ, the food is what you would expect (fine for fast food), but the service is embarrassingly slow. For real, they need to get it together. I go to this place pretty frequently, so its not like I caught them on a bad night, it is a case of consistent incompetence.

They put a ton of toppings in my blizzard, which was great, but they were out of candy cane. I could have done without the country music that was playing in the restaurant. Ick. Otherwise, the service was great and the food was as good as you can get at a DQ.

Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom and common area, staff seemed pretty busy though. No napkins and several of the soda options were unavailable. Solid customer service and the burger I ordered was standard.

Some body needs to figure out how to streamline the drive thru. Youre gonna be waiting awhile for some ice cream. At least offer some type of incentive for those who decided to stick it out and wait in line.

Only 1 car Infront of me and it took them 10 minutes to be ready to take my order, on a weekday at 1pm. Next time Im in a hurry I wont bother stopping here, they obviously have some management problems.

Love DQ, but something is wrong at this location. If the parking lot is relatively full, dont bother... 45 minute wait for 3 kids to get ice cream on a Tuesday night... parents worst nightmare.
