Hi!! Just made an order for delivery and was told it would be delivered to me- was NEVER told about the $25 minimum- and, instead of actually having DECENT customer service and calling and letting me know about the minimum and going ahead and delivering the food LIKE I WAS TOLD WOULD HAPPEN- the MANAGER called and told me I could come pick it up. I called back to express my dissatisfaction and the "OWNER" was a complete idiot. With disgusting customer service like that its no wonder you have such crappy reviews (which I probably should have read BEFORE placing my order). Heres a tip- make sure your employees know what your policies are so that you can prevent situations such as this rather than having someone order food from you and then have to call them back 20 MINUTES LATER to say there is a minimum delivery fee. Thanks to you, I will not eat lunch today considering I have a ONE HOUR lunch break and spent 20 minutes of it waiting for my sandwich. Have a FANTASTIC day!

Best fresh sandwiches around. Check out the succulent roast beef. I like mine on the Monterey swapping the turkey with roast beef. Portions are perfect. Its about quality, taste and freshness, not about "Wow its so huge" and greasy and boring. Its my favorite lunch spot in town. The half sandwich and salad or soup is great, too. It took me a while to discover it and now its my favorite lunch place.

Everything is fresh and of the ingredients are top quality. They make nearly everything in-house. You can see them making it while youre ordering. Competitive prices for a superior sandwich. Why go to subway when you can get something better for you and better tasting for nearly the same price? Give it a try! I recommend the Baja or the Philly. The chicken wild rice and chili are also pretty good.

Working in Eden Prairie for 4+ years, I got tired of the lunch options in this town where you want something fairly cheap, really good, and for the most part healthy. Enter Crumb Gourmet Deli. They have spectacular wraps and sandwiches that are affordable enough for the blue and white collar workers. Lunch usually gets pretty busy expect to wait at least 10 minutes around noon.

Pretty solid lunch choice. most of the food is good, and reasonably priced. I hope they get their ventilation system fixed as the last couple times I went in, it seemed smoky, and just being in there 5 minutes made my clothes smell. And while their ciabatta bun is alright, their sandwiches would be way better (5-star) if they found a better bread source.

Great fresh food with a clean and inviting atmosphere. I love that I can make my own creation or choose one of theirs. I also have to admit that the soup is better than my mom can make and that is hard to do. I have also had them cater an event in Eden Prairie and everything went perfect without a hitch, on time and fresh.

Im a small guy but I eat a lot. This place has reasonable prices for the quantity of food. I love the variety as well. My favorite meal is the daily double; longhorn with one of their delicious soups. Both the pasta and mac&cheese are delicious. Ive had probably half the menu items and Ive never had a bad meal.

Food here tastes the way food its supposed to taste like. I was traveling in the area and cannot say how much I appreciate a place like this over the conventional choices. The soup, the salad, the sandwich, even the cookies were excellent. Great service too. Congrats! I highly recommend it.

Great local deli that. Every item Ive tried on the menu has been a hit. The food is made fresh in front of you and are great portions. My favorite sides are the mac and cheese and the pasta salad. It tends to be busy (a small line) over the lunch hour, but for good reason.

Nothing gourmet about this place. Dont know why the Philly steak is so popular they boil the meat to heat it, which I find gross. Warm chicken sandwich the sandwich isnt warm, the chicken is just warm. Dont waste your money.

I had the classic deli sandwich and tortilla soup, it was amazing! Soup tasted freshly made and my sandwich was full of flavor! The workers are also very friendly! I will definitely come back here again!

Baja Sandwich tasted good, although it was a bit small for the $6.99 price. You have the option of getting chips, cole slaw, apple, or pear with your sandwich. They also give you a pickle.
