This is the worst Which Wich place I have ever been too. The service here is extremely slow and the employees attitudes were very condescending. The three employees that were working here when my wife and I came in; took more than 25 minutes to make our sandwich (we ordered one). We asked several times how long it would take to make and they kept giving us excuses such as our bag fell off the clip, we are cutting the lettuce for it, or we are working as fast as we can. There were 5 customers behind us that ordered and received their food before us. By the time we received our sandwich, most of those customers had already eaten and left. When we finally received the sandwich, one of the customers after us told us the employees intentionally slid other orders before ours to make us wait longer. After this experience, my wife and myself will never be going back to a Which Wich.

The sandwiches are great but the service is extremely slow at best. Very friendly staff but it shouldnt take 25 minutes at noon on a Thursday to wait for your sandwich. There are about 15 tables for inside seating and they were all being used by people waiting for their sandwiches! The lady next to me told me she had been waiting for 20 minutes. Hire some more line staff or go down the road to Jimmy Johns and learn how to speed up your line service. I loved my sandwich but I will never go back just because I dont want to wait 25 minutes for food and this is the 4th or 5th time Ive gone and they are always slow. Its too bad because it could be a great place to go.

Terrible experience. No one greeted us when we entered waited for assistance despite being the only ones there. Sandwich took forever to make. Despite being four people there, we only saw one person actually there and working. The rest were I. The back and loudly talking to each other. Their conversation took precedence over our order. When we got our sandwiches it was haphazardly cut in half. Or I should say 1/4 3/4 this. . My sandwich fell apart when I picked it up. Creating a huge mess. I had to request a fork to scoop it back onto the bread.

This store has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. The customer service is horrendous. Three people on staff, standing around talking while we had two milkshakes waiting to be made and someone else had ordered food as well. They took turns YAWNING multiple times and shouting "can we go home yet". A ten minute wait for ONE of two milkshakes? It appears as if the staff is completely untrained and there is no real management or direction. This place sucks a bag of d**ks. Lazy college/highschool kids.

First try for this restaurant. We placed our order and After 25 minutes of waiting for our sandwiches, we finally received them and all 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly. Had to wait another 8 minutes for them to fix 2 of the incorrect items. This was not a good experience for us. When we let someone know of this issue, we received an excuse that she was training new employees. We did not receive an apology or an offer of compensation for the wait. Not sure that we will frequent this place again.

First and last. Food decent enough but horrible employees. Extremely rude, do not care about customer service at all. No one said thanks, woman with a new tattoo about ripped my 10vyear old daughters head off because she didnt Mark the bag correctly, ordered a 5 dollar shake, only half full,the other half was all around the outside of the cup,she didnt even bother to wipe it off. Helen Keller and Ray Charles would be better employees than these 3.

Waited 45 minutes for sandwiches. Finally had to cancel the order altogether so we could get on the road.. Credit card machine was down. Staff was throwing things in the kitchen. Not working as a team, which meant the customers all had a really bad experience today. Never been to a which wich before. Not sure Ill try it again anytime soon.

This location is just the worst. Ive given this place 5 times to complete a single order for my wife and i without a hitch: either a sandwich is wrong, they forget a shake, cant pronounce our not-very-complicated 4 letter names, or didnt even start the order from online (and i got there way later than the indicated pickup time).

The sandwiches are great! You pick what kind of sandwich you want, and then mark all the extras in a bag. The checkout line was slow and it seemed like the food took awhile compared to other sandwich places. The sandwiches are expensive, but theyre big! The malts are also delicious. Great place to grab lunch!

I placed an online order for pick up at 11:30 am (I arrived 5 minutes early) and the order wasnt ready until 12:05 pm. Definitely DO NOT tip (as the online order process offers/suggests) in advance lest you find yourself in my position of giving a tip for food that was ready 30 min later than promised.

Always a great sandwich any time I go to Whichwhich. This go around I tried their "special" sandwich, which was a superfood wrap. Very good and very filling. Whichwhich is a go-to place for me when travelling and for lunch. You cannot get a better sandwhich from a chain sandwich shop, in my opinion.

I used to like this place but the service is horribly slow. For a place that makes you write down your order they still make a ton of mistakes, I just waited 20 min only to find out they lost my order... but they gave me a coupon and the sandwich was really good :)
