Horrible customer service about their delivery area. I have been ordering for several weeks when at work, and they deliver here thru foodsby orders but I miss that time due to the time I get in. (they said they make exceptions for foodsby) So I call into make my normal order and some manager on a high horse says I cant order Bcuz im out of range, So I explain I have been ordering for weeks and she is like oh some of the drivers will take the orders but are not suppose to. But then she is like, ok you can order but just so you know if we are real busy we may not be able to deliver so im like ok thats fine. Then I call the following week and they are like your account is noted to not deliver to you? NO MATTER HOW great of a product you have BAD management and Bad customer service can and will kill your business. I will never order from them again nor will buy in spite of this service I received. By the way Im a great tipper 2-3 dollar tips, who does that? A happy Customer!!! #jimmyjohns #subway

Really great sandwiches made super fast. I LOVE the gluten free bread option, thank you, seriously. Very friendly service over the phone, in person, delivery drivers, etc. Always asking how my day is, too kind. (: Would highly recommend.
