I was really disappointed to find out that the apples on the apple tree were left in such disrepair that Bees had begun burrowing into them so that I could not enjoy an apple in drive through. Man when they sting your palette it really hurts. The veggie burger is meh, it would be vastly improved if they could get the veggie burger from grain fed, open range veggies.

terrible availability. Milkshake is never available after 10 and store closes at 12. What is the problem. I could have given negative if it was possible. Its three consecutive days. please please fix it. They said they clean the milkshake machine at 10 but store closes at 10 why 2 hrs early

Last two times Ive been here the same kid with dred locks was taking orders. Both times he messed up the food order, forgot the drink cups, and the toy for kids meal. Last time he forgot the toy AND the kids milk! This BK is really going downhill fast. :(

Typical fast food, today my order was accurate. Tasty... We dined in...aside from a sticky floor it was pretty clean. Tables clean. Employees friendly and curtious. A/C working great. If anyone is interested they are hiring at the moment also.

Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes today before even reaching the menu. 10 minutes after that before getting my food. An employee told me that he had to stop the burgers from sliding off the counter with his foot.

Every time I visit this BK I regret it. The staff are very unprofessional, do not smile, do not say thank you, shrug it off when they get my order wrong. Typical Cottage Grove trash! Bah!

Morning staff and manager are great. Afternoon/evening staff need work. Customer service needs improvement. Make sure to check your receipt and bags before leaving. Always something.

Im pretty sure the place is supposed to open at 6 am cant figure out why at 6:10 theyre still not Open good thing theres a McDonalds down the street this is a common occurrence

I love this location. Food was always fresh and hot as i wanted. The manger is very friendly, the environment is clean. Definitely a good hangout spot with my friends.
